It smells very nice, like calpis and green apple. ❗️ The mouthfeel is fresh with a nice pizzazz 😊. It's as satisfying as biting into a ripe LaFrance 🤤. To put it simply, like Calpis? Like a lactic acid cocktail? It's like a lactic acid cocktail 🍸. And yet, it has a strong umami, acidity, sharpness, and a taste of sake 🤤. This is one of the most outstanding and shockingly delicious sake I have had recently 😋🤤😋🤤😋🤤.

I captured 2025 as well 🪲. Enraptured fruity aroma like ripe white grapes ‼️ The mouthfeel is surly, crystal clear and full of mineral acidity with an amazing mouth watering sensation 🤤. It is like being bathed in negative ions right under a waterfall... 😋. And then, the sweetness like a ripe grapefruit, And the mellow, full-bodied umami from the new "sake brewing" method this year is wonderful. ‼️ The lemon squash for adults continues to evolve 🍋. A bottle specially ordered by Fukuhara Sake Shop in Taito-ku, Tokyo: ‼️ Very nice fruity aroma with hints of melon and green apple 🍈🍏. Juicy and refreshing sweetness from the fizzy and fizzy sensation is superb 🤤. From the mid-palate, it's light and sharp, but it's a beauty that flows into a pleasant chile-chile bitterness on the finish while maintaining a solid modern taste 😋. Sawanoi has more of a classic image, but this was a wonderfully tasty bottle that expresses Sawanoi's qualities well while leaning toward modernity 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.
