A bottle specially ordered by Fukuhara Sake Shop in Taito-ku, Tokyo: ❗️ The aroma is fresh and fruity, like green apples 🍏. The mouthfeel has a fizzy, bubbly sensation that can only come from direct pumping 🤤. The juicy flavor is filled with a beautiful minerality like spring water 😋. You can also feel the crispness from the beginning, and towards the end, the process of gradually changing to a pleasant bitterness is also wonderfully designed. ❗️ Fukkai indeed: ‼️ Delicious 🤤🤤🤤.

One said to have been offered at the 2016 Japan-Russia summit: ‼️ The aroma is deeply fresh and fruity, like LaFrance 🍐. On the palate, the minerality and clean, silky acidity are wonderful 🤤.
