When poured into a wine glass, it will delight you with its superb melody. ‼️ The aroma is of melon and LaFrance. When you put it in your mouth... it has a sparkling and bubbly sensation that bounces on your tongue. ‼️ As the name suggests, it is very clear but with a firm sweetness, The clarity and transparency of the wine, as if it were a collection of dripping drops, is wonderful 🤤. It is hard to describe it as an adult Ramune or Japanese style Champagne, It is indeed one of the best Shinsei 😋😋😋😋😋.

A small brewing company in Hanno, Saitama: ‼️ A person who trained at Shinmasa is brewing sake: ‼️ The taste is like a white wine, with a pronounced acidity. I drank Denshogiku 2 years ago, but this is the first time to drink Orikarami ver. ‼️ Fruity aroma like LaFrance and green apple 🍐🍏. The mouthfeel is a little bit shimmery, with a refreshing slight carbonation and a fresh sweetness that is great 🤤. It's already delicious on its own: ❗️ The pale, silky texture of Ori is very gentle on the tongue, yet it has plenty of the robust umami of Yamadanishiki 😊. Round and dense mouthfeel but with a spreading sweetness that is elegant. ‼️ The luxurious rice flavor that comes out of it and the minerality that flows through it doubles the deliciousness 🤤. You can feel the luxurious and noble taste of "THE Junmai Daiginjo" and it is a superb bottle 😋😋.

The balance between the fine acidity and the softly swelling umami taste that spreads with a slight carbonation is superb 😋.
