アーロンSecond stage of collaboration with Sakelabo Tokyo: ❗️ It is an active nigori sake with a reputation of being more than a snowball. ⛄️ The aroma is enchanting and fruity, like pear and white peach 🍑🍐. The mouthfeel is very creamy with a wonderful bubbling sensation 😊. The gentle umami that expands as it pops, and the beautiful acidity that quickly enters into it is a nice touch 🤤. The aftertaste is clean, and the fragility that disappears with exquisite bitterness. ❗️ This is one of the best as they say ❗️ delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.

アーロンExpectations are high as this bottle was brewed based on a recipe from the previous generation 20 years ago 😊. The aroma is enticingly fruity, like melon 🍈. On the palate, the juicy melon-flavored sweetness spreads softly 🍈❗️ The entry may be modern, but the crisp, dry sharpness that develops from the mid-palate does a very good job 😊. The classic mellow flavor with a graininess also appears softly and is very satisfying 😋. It was a very delicious bottle, classic but also modern 🤤🤤🤤.

アーロンIt's been a long time since I've been in Igarashi, and four years since I've been in Omachi: ❗️ It has a nice aroma like a ripe grape when poured into a glass 😋. The mouthfeel is very pleasant with its juicy, bubbly and slightly carbonated bubbles 👍. And the presence of Oumachi's flavor that comes out with a bang is very satisfying 👍❗️ The sharp sharpness from the mid-palate and the bitterness that comes through in the aftertaste tighten up the whole finish 🤤. It is a wonderfully delicious bottle that is full of drinkability but not heavy at all with a beautiful sake quality 😋.

アーロンThis time it's Omachi! Pineapple, melon, and many other fruit aromas are coming out softly. ❗️ The mouthfeel is... well, the freshness and minerality are unbelievable! The synergy effect of the sharp, slightly carbonic acidity and the umami of the omachi that comes up in the mouth is amazing 😊. The delicate and beautiful acidity can be felt from start to finish, making for a clean and refreshing taste👍. Following the Yamadanishiki, which Fukkai was very pleased with, this Yumachi is also perfectly delicious ❗️🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.
