It is a gem that has won a gold medal in a heated sake competition, and at 2,100 yen for 1800 ml, it is a super-cosy bottle: ❗️ The aroma of rice is so full of sake that it makes you want to say "this is it" 🌾. First, at room temperature 🍶, you can taste the soft and gentle sweetness of the rice 😊. The flavor is not too strong, but is smooth and crisp, and you will not be able to stop drinking 👍 Next is heated sake 🍶The softness increases even more and the gentle umami and sweetness fills your mouth 🍶❗️ This is good! Delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.

I think this may be the first time I've ever felt such clarity in an active nigori 🤤. Delicious 😋.

アーロンI couldn't get a chance to drink it and let it sit for a year 😂. The aroma is more like a full grain than fruit, but light and refreshing 🌾. The mouthfeel is complex and thick, with layers of flavor that spread out slowly. ❗️ The bitterness comes with the wine from the beginning, but the acidity comes in between, so it's very drinkable, but it tastes clean and refreshing 😋. The aftertaste is a mild, happy umami and sweetness that lingers in the mouth for a relatively long time and is somewhat tasty just from the aftertaste alone👍. It's a refreshing but satisfying bottle of Imi. ❗️ It's delicious 🤤.
