Calm yet nice aroma of green apple and muscat 🍏. The mouthfeel is very gentle ❗️ It is really gentle and the flavor melts in your mouth 🤤. The umami also disappears quickly while switching to a beautiful acidity, and the expression of this fragility is superb. ❗️ This wine is enough on its own, but I think it is an amazing bottle that will explode with the deliciousness of autumnal ingredients. ‼️ Too good 😋😋😋😋.

Limited edition sake at Hasegawa Sake Shop! This is a collaboration with Fukumitsuya, the oldest brewery in Kanazawa😊. Nice fruity aroma like white peaches 🍑. The mouthfeel is mellow and full-bodied 🍑 ❗️ The sharp acidity and sharpness combined with the roundness is exquisitely balanced 🤤. Extra Edition of Using Out-of-Equal Rice: ‼️ Fukkai (formerly Fukuda) produces some sake with out-of-grade rice. All of them are really excellent! The balance of light but firm umami, sharpness, and acidity, with a hint of bubbles, is wonderful 🤤.
