R1BY, unfiltered, raw sake. What an intriguing spec. I somehow picked it up for the first time, but it seems to be a distinctive sake brewery. Is this decided to be a sake brewery that you want to try various things? The lactic acidity like that of mizu-hashiro (water yeast yeast) is perverse. It becomes addictive as you drink it. I like this character. As I thought, it can also be served warmed. This, this, this.

2/22 Shikoku Sake Festival. I always buy a bottle at Miyoshikiku and go home. The new sake is good, but I went with the standard one. While tasting, I left the fruity one on the side and ended up with this one. I like this one.

This year, we decided to make Naruto sea bream Risshun morning pressing. It is a good luck charm, so let's drink it with all our hearts. It was gone before I knew it. The first time I drank it, I thought it was a little sharp, but as I drank it, it became sweeter and more delicious. On the second day, I felt the corners had been removed and I finished it in no time.
