From the appearance, it seems to be a modern type of sake. It seems to be made from sake rice called "Ginbukiyuki" grown in Shiga Prefecture. I like this one. It has a soft sweetness that doesn't linger on the palate. And yet it has a lingering aftertaste. It is a certified sake that you can drink as much as you want.
