The 10th cup. The last one was a lukewarm cup of Shinigami. It's been a while since I've had anything but cold sake lately as the weather has warmed up. It tasted gentle and was just the perfect drink to end the day.
The ninth drink. I asked for a sake with a good sharpness, and the owner recommended this one. The sharpness was good, I think. I remember it was delicious.
The 8th cup, Ten Rising Sun. It was recommended to me by the owner of the restaurant. It was also dry, but the flavor was broad. My memory of this area is already a little suspect.
The sixth drink, Manotsuru. I think I chose Manotsuru because I wanted to go back to a crisp, dry sake. I remember that it felt even more refreshing after the Chochin.
2nd case. This was the first sake I drank. I have traveled to Kagoshima many times, but this might be the first time for me to drink sake. It is quite fruity with a spreading sweetness.
