Manufactured in 2028 and aged for 4 years by Okura. It was a wonderful sake with a full-bodied sweetness and a matured aroma. The temperature was kept a little high and the taste was refreshing. 4 gou of sake was gone in an instant.

Tobiroki was the sake that got me hooked on sake, so I have my own feelings about it, but it is still delicious. But I wonder if it was such a hard-to-find sake 10 years ago. I wonder if I am mistaken. Maybe I'm mistaken.

I liked it a lot. I drank several glasses of it. It's not something very special, but it's dry, with just the right amount of sweetness, and the sense of a carefully crafted sake. It is a sake that does not interfere with meals and can be an everyday accompaniment.

After drinking a lot of aged sake, we changed riverbanks and had our first drink. Kuroryu Shizuku. It was light and dry, crisp, but with a strong flavor, and was as delicious as it was popular.

The core of this sake is so strong that it is hard to believe that it has been aged for 5 years. The aging aroma is not sweet and fluffy, but rather refreshing. I can't describe it well, but I thought it was a good sake that gave me a sense of the maker's policy.

Red Kido is made from red rice. Kido itself has always been my favorite sake, but this is my first red one. It has a slightly sweet taste. Personally, I think it is just right as an accent drink during a meal.

Compared one gouge each of Shinmasa's Yonotori and Flaxcat. (I had to compare them at the same time to remember what they tasted like.) The Yonotori has a more spreading sweetness and sourness, while the Flaxcato is more like a dry wine. The taste is great, of course, but I was still amazed at how well branded Shinsei is. I think they are exquisite at making the drink feel a little special.

I had it for the first time. Maikaze, a limited edition sake from Shin Tsuchida. It is exquisite and a sake for sake lovers. The sake is rich and sweet on the palate, but at the same time has a unique grain sweetness or savory aroma. It was wonderful.

This is a summer sake made by Jyuhyohi. I had an image of Tokyuuhi as a sake with a unique spread of umami flavor, but since it was a summer sake, it was completely crisp and dry. It is interesting that it seems to be a completely different kind of sake. For better or worse, it is not very assertive, so it is a bit lacking when enjoyed on its own. I thought this sake was best enjoyed with a meal.
