It was given to me by my boss as a souvenir from a previous trip. It is a dry standard, light. It was a little strong in alcohol, but it might have been better if I drank it at a much higher temperature instead of cold.., In any case, it was delicious.

The umami is quite strong. This is the first time I've had it, but it's delicious. I tried it cold, lukewarm, and hot, but it seems a little too sweet when lukewarm, so I personally prefer cold or hot sake.

Yesterday's Impression (2) The 馥郁元禄之酒, which is said to be a reproduction of the way sake was made in the Genroku era (1688-1704). The color is like brandy. I was surprised that this was not an old sake. I was already impressed when I first drank it at room temperature. After that, I had it slightly heated to lukewarm and drank it with the change in temperature. It really is an amazing sake.

Yesterday's Impressions (1): Otokoyama brewed sake from the Otokoyama warehouse in Yamaguchi. Otokoyama is a sake that can be found all over Japan, but it tastes like a great old sake. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to drink the same sake that had been aged in-house for three years, and the same sake from this year, each with a different flavor and depth. Personally, I prefer the aged one.

Along with the Aradama, we also had a large dry sake, also served cold. It is a very dry sake, but it had a polite taste. The flavor changed as the temperature gradually became tepid, but it was also delicious. The master recommended this sake not only as a cold sake, but also as a sake that can be served with anything, and he was right.

My best yesterday was this Takezumi. I drank it lukewarm. It is not a strong sake, but it has an elegant aroma of maturity that spreads slowly. I think it is a sake that should become more well-known and popular.

I compared Sawa Masamune and Dobu, both warmed to lukewarm. The flavors are similar, but the Dobu has a more straightforward sweetness. The Sawa Masamune is a bit more expansive. Either way, the lukewarm sake is very easy to drink.
