Aged Sake Drinking Comparison (3)

Naruto sea bream, nigori sake. It has a strong effervescence and sweetness, and is completely enjoyable as if it were a juice. I was surprised to hear that they are shifting their focus to overseas markets.
The second cup, Hanayu. The sweet taste spreads out in a whiff at the moment of drinking, but it quickly converges and has a sharp taste, and is properly dry. It went well with the salted fish.
We received Sake. Mountain Drops.
It was acidic and refreshing, but quite deep in flavor, spreading out in the aftertaste. It was delicious and interesting taste!
