Compared one gouge each of Shinmasa's Yonotori and Flaxcat. (I had to compare them at the same time to remember what they tasted like.)
The Yonotori has a more spreading sweetness and sourness, while the Flaxcato is more like a dry wine. The taste is great, of course, but I was still amazed at how well branded Shinsei is. I think they are exquisite at making the drink feel a little special.
