A sweet mouthfeel followed by an explosion of pitchy sourness โ˜€๏ธ It was a vibrant drink! A slight bitterness in the aftertaste when cooled to a chill. It may be perfect for the season when it gets hot ๐ŸŽต.

I finally got my hands on this one that's rumored to be so good! It's a clean and beautiful sake โœจ the sweetness, sourness and bitterness don't stand out, they're all there but they all get along๐Ÿฆ… I felt that way. Definitely a Nagano sake!

It was a sweet grapefruit like sake with a hint of bitterness afterwards but easy to drink neat. Unlike last year, it's 12ยฐC, which is nice ๐Ÿฆ… Personally, I still like Gekko lol.

Good evening, kzsh1017 ๐Ÿฆ… Gekko is wonderful, isn't it? Some people say it's too expensive to be true, but it's wonderfully deliciousโœจ.

It was my first doburoku experience ๐Ÿฆ…. It's so good! It's mild and fizzy, with a hint of sweetness and then a sourness from the lactic acid that makes you want to drink more right away! No yeast added (wild yeast) in Asakusa, so it's tough to beat the hustle and bustle of the city ๐Ÿ˜ข. It's really delicious. I wonder if other doburoku is like this. I want to immerse myself in the doburoku world!

There are only a few left. I'm finding it quite a bit drier than my initial impression. The rice grains are amazing! Tingling!

Wah~n! This is a different type of Koyogiku. The aroma of a traditional sake brewery is fluffy, and when you put it in your mouth, it doesn't have much body, but it has a slight fizz and sourness. This one was aged for one year at the brewery's ice temperature. I was told that this year's one is being labeled to rave reviews, so I'm looking forward to it ๐Ÿฆ…. Kouyougiku, no doubt about it!

I tasted this year's Hakugetsu, and unlike last year's, it was 12 degrees, with a refreshing acidity that left a lasting impression, making it easy to drink!

The popular Sairai at Kakuchi. @Isego Honten Nakameguro Many of the spring sakes are rather dry, aren't they? The aroma spreads in the mouth, and the bitterness from the sourness cuts through. That's how I felt about it ๐Ÿฆ…. It's delicious!

For my 40th birthday โœจit was less sour than the Xtype I had the other day. I feel like that feeling is different with each lot. This time Rtype was very well balanced. It's the kind of thing you can drink easily. It's as good as it gets ๐Ÿฆ….

The supernatant is dry and refreshing. It becomes mellow when it is mixed with ori. It's not as alcoholic as sparkling wine, so it's not as bad as it sounds. Delicious!

Yuka-chin, this is a delicious sparkling! It was crisper than I thought it would be so it was easy to drink ๐Ÿ˜‹ For a nigori and microfoam lover, it was a satisfying bottle!

Hmmm ๐Ÿฆ… I hate to say it (I don't have the vocabulary), but it's like mirin, a sweet and sour taste I've never had before. Ha! An orange! This flavor is. Personally, I preferred Gekko and Anastasia Green.

Trotters pitchy ๐ŸŽ† It's also easy to drink at 11 degrees alcohol. Maybe it's because it's chilled, but it's not as sweet and dry as it looks. If we were drinking it while watching cherry blossoms, it would be gone in an instant! (Or would it be even if we weren't watching cherry blossoms?)

Last night at Lake Tanuki campground. After a hard day of setting up in the heavy rain, it was time for a drink โœจ I heard that a traditional sake, such as mellow sake or mellow sake, goes well with meat, but I'm not a big fan of mellow sake. I've heard that nigori is also a delicious pairing as it combines the proteins of both ๐Ÿ˜‹ The petit swooshiness also helps to wash away the fat, which I think is very tasty, but I'm not sure!

This was my second bottle of the season and it's really good. Not too sweet, dry and nigori. Slightly sweet deliciousโœจ.

I've been avoiding the Kamikame ever since I was hit by its heavy punching power. I was told that the raw sake would change the image of Kamikame, so I gave it a try! It's so rich that all you can taste is the flavor, but without that nutty, peculiar aspect, it's refreshingโœจ It's such a difference! Sake is amazing!

It has a sweet and sour sourness that spreads as soon as you take a sip, a hint of woody aroma, and a clean, fresh, and sharp finish. There is no doubt about it. This is the No.6 that sunk me into the swamp, but it's like Lake Baikal, clear and deep all the way to the bottom, it's a wonderful sake ๐Ÿฆ….
