I never thought I'd see the day when I could finally drink Jyushiyo at home.
It has a very smooth mouthfeel, a fruity aroma like muscat, a slight sourness, a refreshing and mellow sweetness that gently envelops it, and a moderate flavor that is not overpowering or sweet. It was beautifully absorbed like the flow of a clear river. It's the most beautiful thing ✨ as expected. They can play flamboyantly, but they can also win steadily, like the absolute champion, Sanno Kogyo. (Although Jyushiyo is a representative of Yamagata.) While there are many sakes that shine with individuality, I'm sure they will continue to amaze many sake fans with their outstanding beauty 🦅.
