We had a chance to compare the drinks. A great person once said, "Only he who pursues two hares will get two hares. Junmai Daiginjo→Gorgeous but gentle. Simply delicious. Nigori: The first sip is quite sour, but the aftertaste is sweet, just like nigori. I have never had nigori sake before, and to be honest, it scared me.

It is from a second-line brand of Hakutsuru called "Betsutsuru. It has a subtle, gorgeous aroma and is completely different from the standard. It is a normal type of sake.
