Nice sound when opening the bottle 🍾. 100% Izuwasanzu from Yamagata Prefecture, Polishing ratio 55 It's been a while since I drank Kangiku, but it's so delicious 😋 It was a bottle that went by so fast 🥰.

Long time no see Akabu. Sake rice brand unknown, Polishing ratio 50%. I went to buy another brand and got it this year. It has an elegant sweetness. The alcohol content is not too strong at 13 degrees, making it easy to drink. Very tasty 😋.

I've been hitting the Fukushima Sake hard, The 301st Collage is also made by Fukushima Sake The rice is 21% Yamadanishiki / Kake rice 78% Yume no Kaori, Polishing ratio 50%. Fruity, sweet taste, light nigori in early summer is still delicious 🥰.

300 checked in 🎉! 100% Toyama Prefecture Oyamanishiki is used, Polishing ratio 60 It has a nice aroma and we decided to have it in a wine glass. Fruity and sweet on the palate. It is delicious. ☺️

This is actually the first Shichida I've ever had at home. 100% Dewa Sanzu is used, Polishing ratio 60%. It is recommended for summer when you want to drink it cold and crispy. ☺️ It is light and has a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. It is delicious.

Light nigori (light nigori) by Kashiwaroh Shuzo. Sake rice brand unknown, rice polishing ratio 65%. As the name "Sweet" suggests, it tastes sweet and yogurt-like. I don't dislike this kind of sake. ☺️ It is easy to drink and delicious.

Rikishi cup sake. Sake rice brand unknown, rice polishing ratio 68%. It has a clean, clear mouthfeel, crisp and easy to drink. I used to think it had more of a sake feel to it, but now that I've tried it again, it's delicious. The last snack of the season was firefly squid from the Toyama Kittokito flight. Delicious!
