My taste buds may be suspect due to a cold, so I'll try it again tomorrow. 🙂‍↕️ 2nd day It was sweet and juicy. Very tasty. Like Yami Naraku Shusui, this is also a very limited edition sake that is only shipped one day a year.

First time at Kaze no Mori. Expect a nice sound when you open the bottle 😀. It is made from 100% Akitsuho rice and polished to 50%. It had a sourness or a tangy aroma like hospital disinfectant, but it was also fresh and tasty.

This year we were able to drink it safely in season: ☺️ Made with 100% Dewanosato, 38% polished rice. When I was told that it is only shipped one day a year, I couldn't resist the urge to drink it. It has a delicious taste of rice, a juicy mouthfeel, and a sense of YABARI EKOFUJI. It is very delicious.
