Sono Kangiku's Occasional Series. The lid flew off when I opened the bottle 🍾. It's good 😋. It has a juicy mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness. Very tasty 😋. 100% Tokushima Kenaiyama Polishing ratio 50%.

Fourth or fifth drink outside. The hiyayoroshi was so good that I had another x2. We had ice cream and onigiri (rice balls), so it was hard to finish 🤣. It was a delicious event to celebrate the restaurant's anniversary and all 9 kinds of Kikuhime were offered at half price 🥳.

Second drink outside. We received another open bottle of sake 🥳. We were lucky to have a large bottle available yesterday. It is mellower and more mature than hiyaoroshi. Delicious.

Tengu no Soma no Tengu no Usu Nigorigo👺 (The Tengu of Soma) I became a huge fan after drinking it in a sake comparison 🥰It is brewed using the traditional method of wooden tank tenbin Shibori, but it has a nice aroma and is fruity on the palate, and once again tastes very delicious. It is delicious! 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Shiga Prefecture Polishing ratio 59

Mikumari nigori of Houou Mita. Mikumari nigori, I'm looking forward to it even before opening the bottle 😋. I knew from Sakegawa that I had to be careful not to blow it out, so I took it in two steps. The mouthfeel with a slight foamy sizzle, a hint of sweetness and sourness. It was delicious 🥰. Eiko Fuji's wine yeast brewed sake. I thought it would have a white wine-like mouthfeel and proceeded to drink it, but it soon became dry and dry to the palate. The alcohol content was 16.9 degrees and sake degree +9.0, which made sense 😅. 100% Gunma Wakamizu Polishing ratio 50%.

This is my first brand 🍶. With saury for the first time this year 😋. I was warned that if I opened the bottle all at once, more than half of the bottle would blow out, so I opened the bottle carefully and cautiously. It still blew out, but I was able to keep the loss to about 1/5th of the bottle, so I guess that's a blessing 😂. The taste was surprisingly normal, not too sweet and not too sour. I guess it's a sparkling salmon. It is delicious. The saury was fatty and very tasty 😋. Sake rice brand unknown Polishing ratio 55
