I don't drink with my head, but think about how to enjoy sake. I want to drink with my senses forever.
It has a good sense of effervescence and nigorigo, and a clearer mouthfeel than the Gohyakumangoku I drank most recently. It is very tasty.

Your first Hyogo Sake 🍶.
100% Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa, Banshu Special A district,
Shin Gin 55% polished rice
It was my first time to drink "Shin Gin". I looked it up and found out that it is made with flat polished rice, which is a difficult thing to understand. It has a sweet, mellow mouthfeel and the crispness of Yamadanishiki. Delicious.
I enjoyed drinking it last year, so this is a repeat sake. ☺️

It has a great effervescence, like a bit of nigori in a champagne. It's so delicious 😋.
And I also enjoyed the mizoreshu. It has a nice crunchy texture, also very tasty 😋.
