This is what is called a melon-type wine.
The first taste is strong, but the aftertaste is not long.
Sourness and sweetness with a hint of sake.
The sake taste is not weak.
It is not sweet, but I think it is a good combination of sweetness and sourness.
The aftertaste is refreshing. It seems to go well with meals.
