Drinking out series
I drank it heated, but from the time I tasted it at room temperature, I could already taste the umami, and I was at a loss for words as to what it was.
I am an amateur, so my lack of vocabulary comes out.
It tasted something like soy sauce, and oddly enough, it tasted like egg rice. I don't think you can tell at all.
Anyway, it has a lot of flavor and seems to go well with side dishes.
I think it would be satisfying even on its own.
It has a strong flavor, but it is not harsh and easy to drink.
It's something unique. Interesting.
