Sake purchased at the Ikoma tasting event with Nemuchi and Vero Vero.
Refreshing acidity. Sweetness with a hint of apricot.
I got the impression of sourness, then sweetness, then sourness. The final taste is a bit bitter, but it finishes crisp and clean.
Although it is a summer sake, I like it because it is not light and is very drinkable 😋.
IKOAMA Tasting (1)
I moved from Kyocera Dome Osaka to Tachibana station by train with Mr. Urabouken. On the way, I was so drunk that I dozed off and almost missed the Tachibana station. I got off the train in a hurry and realized that I had left Urabouken-san on the train.
I got off the train at the next station and called him back, and we met up with him without incident.
Is there any ramen shop? and we arrived at Ikoma-san.
I talked with the owner for a bit and was about to take a tour of the restaurant when I saw a cute wine sales person, so I tasted some wine before sake.
The wine gave me more momentum, and then I was allowed to try the sake.
◉Morinori Natsushu Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjyo
The taste is sweet with a hint of acidity. The taste is sweet and umami, with a nice acidity on the finish.
I don't like summer sake because it is too light, but this one is nice because it doesn't feel light and doesn't feel like a summer sake.
Good evening, Nemuchi-san. you forgot your brother bouken🤣I want to go to the lost and found center to pick him up. And he drank a lot of wine after drinking a lot of wine, so the legends are still strong 🍷.
Good evening, Matsuchiyo 😊Morinori is coming out with some pretty good sake 😋 Urabouken-san is quite likely to appear in a hebereke state when the two of us go to a tasting 🤣.
Hi Hirupeko, good evening 😊Bouken in the back is dangerous and I'm glad I wasn't taken to the lost and found center 🤣I got carried away and drank some wine or something and I was tongue-tied with almost no memory 😓.
Pon-chan, good evening 🌛I usually visit liquor stores after events, but this time Hai Koma-san was having a tasting, so it was my first time and I was tongue-tied 😅you shouldn't see Urabouken-san 😓.
It is a Jungin Nama Hashiroshi from Morinori 🍶.
I had been wanting to visit a restaurant that I had seen retweeted on Twitter (X) by Ijima Sake Brewery, which is patronized by bouken (Mr. Ijima's wholesaler), so I went and had a drink at the restaurant.
The first aroma was sweet with a hint of acidity.
When I put it in my mouth, I felt a gas.
It has a slight acidity from the sake yeast and a beautiful sweetness that is typical of jungin.
Compared to Morinori's Kami-Sen, this Junmai-Ginjo is very elegant.
It was quite delicious 🍶✨️
Hi Matsuchiyo-san ☀☀☀
I've been looking at other people's check-ins, and even though it's in Tokyo, it's an interesting place with all the Kansai sake and some rare ones 😊.
Quite tart, grapey and sour.
The touch is so light that it's hard to believe it's 16 degrees.
I like the sourness, but some people may not like it.
Delicious!
Purchased at Ikoma Sake Shop with two Rairaku CRAs.
This year they collaborated with Hyogo Prefectural Agricultural High School.
It seems they are using Yamadanishiki grown by the high school students.
Other Morinori products include Hanategami, a sake made with yeast collected from salvia flowers at the agricultural high school.
Slightly effervescent with a strong umami flavor. It is slightly acidic. The latter half has a complex sweetness and a slightly bitter taste.
Even though the specs are different, Morinori has a unique and common taste, doesn't it?
It's delicious and never gets boring.
It's definitely better after a while than fresh out of the fridge!
It becomes fruity and sweet as time passes after opening the bottle.
One of the best sake I've had this year!
Collaboration sake with Rairaku.
Purchased at Ikoma Sake Shop with Motomine Tsuru.
It says it was shipped in March this year, but this is not new sake but the previous year's sake.
They say the new craft sake should be arriving soon.
The craft sake is the last to be brewed among Morinori's sakes.
Slightly gassy and sweet. It is smooth and clean. It has a slight ripeness, but the umami is strong and delicious.
It has a minerality or a flavor that is unique to Morinori.
It's a jun-dai, but it looks good heated up.
I've got the Rairaku version, so I'd like to compare the two 😁.
bouken, I'll be here too 🙏.
I drank only the rairaku version and enjoyed it, so I'm very curious about this one too ❣️ I'd love to compare the drinks 😻I'm looking forward to your review 😆🎶.
