This one was a different story, a light and dry one.
It was very easy to drink with a cool and refreshing taste 🍶.
It was also delicious!

Refreshing acidity. Sweetness with a hint of apricot.
I got the impression of sourness, then sweetness, then sourness. The final taste is a bit bitter, but it finishes crisp and clean.
Although it is a summer sake, I like it because it is not light and is very drinkable 😋.
