When it comes to sake in different culinary genres
I tend to think that they are just stocking sake for the time being.
However, this restaurant has a good selection of sake that goes well with the main course of okonomiyaki or other strong-flavored dishes.
The newest addition is Hiroshima Nishiki.
It is a revived version of a sake rice called Hiroshima Nishiki that used to be available in the past. I had always thought of Hiroshima as Hachitan-Nishiki, so this is the first time I have heard of such a rice.
The sake is light and easy to drink, with a delicious rice flavor. It has an elegant atmosphere, but it is not inaccessible and easy to drink. It was easy to drink, blending well with strong-flavored dishes without interfering with them.
I decided that sake with okonomiyaki is not a bad choice.
