Purchased at Meguru Sake Shop (Hiroshima City)
I went to Meguru Sake Shop because I heard there was a sake shop that sold sake by weight. It is a regular sake shop, but they sell any of the sake in the store by weight. They also have a corner store where you can taste and buy sake.
Since I haven't been able to get to the point where I can get a sense of the taste by looking at the numbers or the rice, I have to buy by reading the store's recommendations, trusting the brands I know, or buying by the atmosphere of the label, but it is nice to be able to taste and buy. And since you can buy it by the bottle, it's easier than buying a four-bottle bottle.
You can get a good sense of the atmosphere of this sake when you drink it in a glass.
It has a smoky aroma and spicy flavor. The aftertaste reminds me of red wine.
It is just as it says on the label, but when I first drank it with a sake cup, I couldn't understand it at all, but when I changed to a glass, I realized that it is exactly as it says.
I was convinced that the taste is so different depending on the vessel.
