The aftertaste is sharp and umami, and it is good to drink, but it is rather firm and there is a lingering aftertaste, so it is not the light type that can be easily drunk.
Personally, I prefer it to be this drinkable, but it may be a bit hard to recommend to others. It is stronger when it is chilled, so you might want to drink it after the temperature rises a little, or try it on the rocks and let it dissolve a little before drinking.
