I've had a lot of sake in my life.
I've been drinking a lot of sake, but I've never been a fan of the major brands.
I have recently been trying to learn more about sake, and I bought a bottle of sake that I had never had the chance to try before.
It has a gentle ginjo aroma.
I think ginjo-style sake is a bit hard to drink if you keep drinking it, and if you drink it by itself, you don't get a lot of it, but this Saku is well-balanced and easy to drink. Especially when drunk as a mealtime sake with side dishes, it goes down very easily. It also has a nice sharpness, so I found myself enjoying it more and more.
You can drink it simply because it tastes so good, without thinking about the flavor or aroma. I thought to myself, "There are some things that are famous in famous places. There must be a reason why they are highly regarded by many people.
I came here without knowing about it, but I would like to search for it again, because it means that there are still some untapped areas that I can enjoy.
