We will have a three-sake tasting set at a bar in a shopping building adjacent to Nagano Station. The last one is from Saku City. It is a very dry sake with zero sweetness. The sake is good, but the nozawana is even better! Nagano is the best.

Tatsuno-cho, Shinshu. The label is quite austere, with the Alps in the background. It has a robust flavor and a fairly strong dry taste. A bottle you will want to keep on hand for drinking at any time.

I hurried to have a second drink, and out of over 40 varieties, I looked for something with as much acidity as possible and chose this one. It was a hit! The balance of acidity and umami, the gusto, but also the clarity. I liked it very much!

We ordered it because it is recommended by the manager & our favorite Nagano Prefecture. It doesn't seem to be very famous, but it is really delicious. The color of the label is perfect for the connoisseur's taste. The balance of sweet and not so sweet. I heard that the taste has improved a lot in the past few years. For the first time in a long time, I am glad to have met this sake. This is why I can't stop drinking it.

The moment you remove the cap, pop. It's great, with a lot of schwash and a lot of gas. It's also sour and perfect for a mid-summer afternoon at 40 degrees Celsius. I loved it!

I went to a liquor store because I wanted "nigori". The only one that had it was this "light nigori". I had never heard of it. Is it a light nigori? However, it is very tasty! It tastes like calpis. It has just the right amount of gas. 100% Hitokochochi

The two bottles of sake I bought at the liquor store ran out last night, so I got a relay at the convenience store today. I had it cold. The Niigata junmai dry sake was stable and tasty, and held up beautifully for the middle part of the week. This will be a solid connection to the weekend closer.
