I asked Mr. Yamatoya for his sake recommendation and he told me about this sake. It was so delicious. It makes me feel like I understand the importance of water. I bring sake with me when I travel, so I thought, "This is sake that travels..." So I changed the title. (Sake I drank in 2023. Traveling Sake 5)
Comparison of Dewazakura and Otters. Since I went to the Otters headquarter brewery, I bought some Otters. Good memories. (Series 4: Uploading all the sake I drank in 2023) *Additional photo: Dewazakura from 2014.
I accidentally let it sit in the refrigerator for a year, but it was so delicious. It was one of those bottles that made me think, "Sake is amazing. Now 2023-2024 is available. I recommend it. (I drank this one in 2024)
Dear Mr. Makoske.
At first I drank it slightly chilled. It is true that the slightly cooled one was more aromatic.
I drank it with a "sip" in the back of my throat, and I could feel the aroma and it went down my throat nicely.
June 4, 2022 - Self-preserved sake.
Found this on Yamatoya Sakepo's instagram, so I called the store asap. LOL. The label was black and massive, so I took a portrait-like shot.
I can't explain it well because I have a stupid tongue, but to borrow an explanation from Yamatoya's online, "Kinjaku Junmai Ginjo Jyunmai Yamahai has an elegant and clean aroma and sweet taste with the mellow flavor of Yamahai brewing. It also has a pleasantly light aftertaste." It seems so. Yeah, that's how I feel. That's how I feel. LOL.
The last photo is 2018 Kinjaku.
Kinjaku is nice, but I have been liking "Sawanohana" lately.
Mr. Makoske.
I didn't know that! I'm glad I took a picture of it! Since 2018, I had the image of it being a hard-to-find sake. I wonder what will happen to Kinjaku from now on? I wonder what will happen to Kinjaku in the future? I'm curious to see what the future holds.
Stage 3 Mr. Kinjaku is a family business that will remain the same.
I believe we will continue to produce a small number of products.
The only thing that will change is the drinkers.
It is becoming more and more difficult to get a good one.
I really want to drink it!
Dear Mr. Makoske.
Thank you for your reply. It is hard to lose the sake that the locals secretly loved as "more than otter".
But, I kind of want to support your attitude of producing small quantities!
May 3, 2022 - Drinks on me.
I drank Shin Takachiyo at night. LOL. I mean, (Takachiyo) is one letter different from my real name. I had been avoiding it because I felt too close to it. And the menu is so bad that there are A to O just for "Takachiyo". When I begged at the restaurant, I was able to drink the special drink. Lucky me!
May 4, 2022 - self-served alcohol (served alcohol). Women's party. 8 hours of drinking. And I forgot to take a picture of Kinjaku that day, so I took one the next day. LOL. Personally, I like it better than Hana-yoku.
Dear Mr. Gomaburi
Thank you for your comment. I see that it is difficult to obtain even for Mr. Gomaburi, a Yamaguchi sake enthusiast. I happened to pick some up at my favorite liquor store the other day. It tastes great chilled!
Dear Mr. Makoske
You are right! I'm sure you're right, Mr. Makoske, a gold sparrow enthusiast! I'm the type of person who wants to try one after another because I'm a flirtatious person. If I find a Junmai Ginjo from Kinjaku, I'll buy it immediately! Thanks for your comment!
