It's nice to keep a record like this so I can look back on the past as well. It was the day when I got carried away and drank (alone) because the entrée at the soba noodle restaurant was so good. I had no choice but to drink it when I was offered super-hot sake. (Series 20: Drinking alone at a buckwheat noodle restaurant) I drank in 2020, too, but I don't remember.

The name was awesome, but the taste and color were also awesome. The color was like mirin (sweet cooking rice wine). I wish I had taken a picture of the actual sake. Anyway, it had a big impact on me! It was the most memorable sake of 2023. I want everyone to try it! I drank a lot of local sake from Shimane, but this one made all the others a blur. (This is a series where I post all the sake I drank in 2023. Shimane is bad! 17)

Kurumazaka. It was an unfamiliar sake, but it was delicious. But I noticed now that the sake next to it was made cold even though it is recommended to be heated, and that bothers me more. Yakitori and Sake. I personally like the combination of dry sake and yakitori. 2016 also had yakitori and Chokaizan. 2016 bottle looks nice. The 2016 bottle looks great. (2023 Sake Record Series: Yakitori and Sake 15)

Shinsei Sake Brewery, which I no longer buy myself but drink when I find it in the store. Sushi and Shinsei. You go to a sushi restaurant and there is hidakami. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That makes sense. So when I eat fish, I always have hidakami. As a dry sake lover, I am also very euphoric. (Series 9: Record the sake you drank in 2023)

This is the only alcoholic beverage that I want to drink every year. Akabu AIR. this is also low alu. I'm not health conscious, but I'm intrigued by low alcohol. I mean, it's delicious! I'm looking forward to this year. (Sake I drank in 2023. Traveling Sake Series 7)
