The new policy was not the closing. LOL. Mimuro cedar was the closing! Yay! It's over! This is the final installment of the series where I will post all the sake I drank in the year 2023. 45 installments is the end. Thank you to everyone who has been with me. I will visit you all from now on! See you all next year! The additional image shows the hidden sake in my fridge in 2022.

What was supposed to be just a light drink turned out to be yet another drinking contest. The owner of the restaurant made another plan for me. LOL. Noto Suehiro was a sake I did not know, but it was delicious! I like to get the owner's recommendation. LOL. (Series 42: "All the Sake I drank in 2023")

At my first visit to the restaurant, I asked for a "glass of sake," and the owner graciously allowed me to compare a glass of Honomai's Bountiful Harvest Thanksgiving Festival. It was a comparison of a 2023 5 year old and a 2022 4 year old. Thank you! I am the one who receives sweet words right away. (I'm still a bit shy everywhere I go in this series of posting all the sake I drank in 2023.) The additional photo is the sake I drank in 2021.

旅する日本酒。島根で山口の酒を飲む。三瓶の雰囲気と、お酒の雰囲気があってる気がする！笑。（※個人の感想です）秋上がり美味しかったです。12月に別な温泉行く途中に、偶然金雀さん本店に行きました。錦川という透明度が高い綺麗な川の近くに本店はありました。土日は閉まってるそうです。仕方ないので、近所の酒屋さんで雁木を買いました。良き思い出。2018年の秋あがりのラベルの方が可愛い気がします（2023年飲んだ酒を全部載せるシリーズ 37 旅する日本酒）

No way, I didn't have a picture of October sake, so I went looking for it again.How is it possible that I didn't drink sake in October? No, no, no, there is. My favorite festival of the year. Saijo Sake Festival. I'll be there at 11:00 on Saturday. And I even stay overnight there. This year, my goal is to be there at 10:00. (Series 36: I'll post all the sake I drank in 2023. Pink label of Gassan. Sake from Shimane is my latest guess. Both Gassan and Izumo Fuji are delicious. I recommend them! (I'm going to put all the sake I drank in 2023 on this page (Series 30: Recommended Sake: Gassan) and I'm not going to put Gassan and Orochi on this page. Oh, 30 at last.

Red Label It was delicious. It tasted better than when I drank it in the past! The blue label was good, but this time I preferred the red label. (Series 29: Sake I drank in 2023, Izumo Fuji)

玉造温泉で飲んだ風の森。温泉♨️と日本酒は最高のペアリングです！低アル11度なんて、ほんとすごい！また飲みたい。追加写真は2016年の風の森と、新政と赤武。大和屋酒舗に行って「友達の開店お祝い用に見繕って」とお願いしたら、これにしてくれた。新政だけ私の希望であとはお店のおススメだったけど、今見ても完璧すぎるセット。今だったら、自分の懐に入れたくなる。。そんなわけで、広島の大和屋酒舗さんもおすすめのお店。酒商山田も行った方が良い。このお店はセットで行くべき！（2023年に飲んだ酒を全部載せるシリーズ 28 旅する日本酒）

I was standing there drinking alone again at the same place as in June. LOL. This place has good taste in sake. And the price is very reasonable. If you come to Hiroshima, I recommend "Tachinomizu Hitoyo". It was a low-alcohol, summery, gobbleable sake. (Series of documenting the sake I drank in 2023: 27 Standing drinking alone)
