I bought this sake because I enjoyed Iwami Ginzan sake and was attracted by the cute label. The brewery is owned by a female master brewer. It has a gentle aroma of rice. It is dry, but easy to drink with a hint of acidity. I thought it was perfect as a food sake. 1,500 yen (tax included)

The taste of Kangiku! It was sweet right after the bottle was opened! It is a Junmai Daiginjo, isn't it? It tastes better if you let it sit for a while. It is a bit sweet and hearty, so I will enjoy it by itself. 2,035 yen including tax I think I got it for a little cheaper.

Already a Fuji apple from the aroma! It's a refreshing sweet and sour type. It may not be junmai sake, but it is fresh because it is nama-shu. It is the best in terms of cost performance!
