This is my first visit to Hyakujuro. I like Gifu's sake, too. I thought it might be dry. I thought it might be dry, but the acidity and umami gradually came through. It is a refreshing sake. It is a refreshing sake that you will not get tired of drinking. It was delicious.

This is delicious. The refined flavor of Yamadanishiki. It is dark, deep, and refreshing. It is grape-like. You can easily enjoy it without feeling that it has 16% alcohol. I got it at Kurobe. 300ml ¥891- (tax included)

Here is another Emishiki that I finally came across! Cute label. Yamada Nishiki. Nama Moto. Good words are lined up. The first sip. Sourness, sweetness, and bitterness come together! It has a slight sense of nama-moto. The cosiness is great, too. 1,595 yen- including tax

The youngest and eldest daughter's sake. The aroma is like freshly cooked rice. The taste is sweet like a sugar cube. My personal favorite might be pink junmai sake. But still, it's very cost-effective. 1,520 yen (tax included)

The drink on the left. The first sip was so good it made me laugh. It was super fresh with a lingering aftertaste, but quickly dissipated. Great name! On the right is a sake-infused lemon sour 🍋.

Summer is almost over, so I opened this bottle. As soon as I lifted the lid, I felt a considerable amount of fizz! I thought it was going to explode. Strange, it really smells of lychee and muscat. I also feel super fine effervescence. Nice acidity with a touch of champagne or white wine. It doesn't seem like junmai sake. I liked it. Kamikimoto, each one has its own personality. 1,925 yen (tax included)

I was attracted by the nice label and bought it. And I have yet to come across Kakuemon or Fukkomachi. I thought it would be a bit more acidic, but it is a very sweet and floral type. I recommend you to buy it by itself. 1,879 yen (tax included)

First series to be served at home. It is dry and good for eating! And this sake amplified the umami after 2-3 days. Is it my imagination or is there a slight hint of seashore in this Shizuoka sake? 1,650 yen (tax included)
