I was curious about this aburi.
I saw it by chance and got it without hesitation.
Oh, this is a sweet and tasty sake! This is a sweet and delicious sake! It is sweet and sweet, but also has a nice sharpness to it. The bottle is also nice.
I'm interested in the other ones too.

It is really amazing.
I wonder if it is possible to make such an ama-uma with 90% polished rice.
It has a bubbly feeling, and even though it is 16 degrees, it is surprisingly refreshing. But it is very intoxicating.
There are only a few more blue cups left!
We would love to welcome you.

Smooth and pleasant to drink!
It has a sweetness and acidity, yet it finishes clean and crisp. It is a refreshing sake that will not be defeated by the rainy season.
I will purchase it again when I see Mr. Yamamoto again!

A whale from the Chiyo Sake Brewery in Shinomine! This is my first time.
It has a nice sharpness! But it is not super dry.
It also has a slightly fruity aroma.
Goes well with seared fish.
Perfect as a food sake!

Aroma and taste of elegance. The balance is perfect. I loved it. It's like it's crystal clear.
It is best served cold, but it can also be served at a slightly higher temperature.

Unmai (delicious).
I wonder if it is really made in Ageo.
It is sweet but also refreshing, so it goes very fast.
It is 16 degrees Celsius, so if you notice it, you will be drunk. It is available at Kawagoe.

The label is very cute! Sweet and sour and fruity. Just as it should be. I thought Koshinohomare had a lot of rather sibume sakes, but it seems that their daughter is doing a good job.... The 9/0 is very good, but I would like to buy the next one because the sake called Nishiki was delicious.
The sake brewery has a huge cedar ball! It's so cool.

Murayu, the first time I got it! I had been waiting for about a year to drink it.
I had an image of Murayuke as sweet, but this one has sourness and bitterness at the same time, which is good during a meal.
When heated up, it became puffy and easier to drink!

The famous Manjusen, first time to purchase!
Soooooo crisp.
The water is clear and slightly dry. It also has a slight sweetness like wasanbon.
Great as a food sake!

Thank you for your comment, ma-ki-. I like your trip to Toyama. It was full of delicious sake... It was a really well-balanced sake, with little change in taste!
Nagano continues.
This is a spring sake that impressed us with its cost performance last year.
Although it lacks the freshness and crispness of last year's sake, it still has a soft, gentle, slightly bitter springiness.

Purchased at a liquor store in Niigata City.
I was worried about the day to open the bottle because it is 17 degrees Celsius.
The taste is as you would expect from Yamama, and it has a great punch. The moment you put it in your mouth, the ripe and condensed sweetness like dried persimmons or dried grapes and the deep bitterness jumped in.
It reminds me of Kirinzan's Potari-Potari. Enjoy it on a day when you want to sip it in small sips!

I took home a sake that I remembered as being delicious when I received it at the restaurant. The label is a very unusual one. I heard that a woman is the master brewer of this sake brewery.
It is a sake that goes well with meals! Is it umakuchi or umami? It is hard to describe, but the acidity at the end makes it refreshing.

Best!
This is the only one in the Nakadori series that I had never gotten. It is sweet but not sweet, delicious. It is refreshing. It seems more dry when mixed with ori.
I think I prefer No.2 and No.3.
I would like to try it again next year.
