I bought this sake because I enjoyed Iwami Ginzan sake and was attracted by the cute label. The brewery is owned by a female master brewer. It has a gentle aroma of rice. It is dry, but easy to drink with a hint of acidity. I thought it was perfect as a food sake. 1,500 yen (tax included)

The taste of Kangiku! It was sweet right after the bottle was opened! It is a Junmai Daiginjo, isn't it? It tastes better if you let it sit for a while. It is a bit sweet and hearty, so I will enjoy it by itself. 2,035 yen including tax I think I got it for a little cheaper.

I never thought I would be able to enjoy Katafune at a kaku-uchi (corner bar). The sake was thought to be extremely sweet, with a sake degree of -50 degrees. It was sweet, but the aftertaste was not bad. The other sake was unusually dry, so I could enjoy it alternately!
