The label is very cute! Sweet and sour and fruity. Just as it should be. I thought Koshinohomare had a lot of rather sibume sakes, but it seems that their daughter is doing a good job.... The 9/0 is very good, but I would like to buy the next one because the sake called Nishiki was delicious. The sake brewery has a huge cedar ball! It's so cool. 1,595 yen (tax included)

Purchased at a liquor store in Niigata City. I was worried about the day to open the bottle because it is 17 degrees Celsius. The taste is as you would expect from Yamama, and it has a great punch. The moment you put it in your mouth, the ripe and condensed sweetness like dried persimmons or dried grapes and the deep bitterness jumped in. It reminds me of Kirinzan's Potari-Potari. Enjoy it on a day when you want to sip it in small sips! 1,650 yen (tax included)

I took home a sake that I remembered as being delicious when I received it at the restaurant. The label is a very unusual one. I heard that a woman is the master brewer of this sake brewery. I was under the impression that it would be a little lighter, but maybe it was because I let it sit for a while? It has a solid feel to it. It is a bit heavy, but it is very refreshing at room temperature and warmed up. I was expecting a light sweet sake, I was expecting a light sweet sake, but the fact that it was priced in the 1,300 yen range (tax included) made it a bargain. I have not been able to find a place where I can buy it, but I will buy it again the next time I come across it!

I knew I wanted to have this sake on this day. I saved it for this day. This sake brewery used to be located in Namie Town. The packet is also very nice. I thought it would be a light and refreshing sake, but it tastes rather robust. The color was a little yellowish! I heated it up to warm it up.
