You don't see many of them because they are sold by special dealers?
The taste is thick and thick, and it is quite delicious.
So, I bought it though the price was high.

Aged 2016 (production is supposed to be 17.6)
I found something unusual at a liquor store I wandered by, so I bought it.
Looking forward to.
I was pretty stumped.

I had high expectations for the limited distribution of Kitanonishiki, but I was a little disappointed.
But it is a taste of Junmai Daiginjo only.

Another first time issue.
Chiba was updated.
The rice polishing ratio is 33%, and I am looking forward to it.
I drank it.
To be honest, I didn't expect much, but it is quite good.
The aroma is good and there is no miscellaneous taste.
It is indeed a product of the 33% rice polishing ratio.

It's definitely a 5 star!
I thought it was going to be good, but it's not the same as the Kaijin I'm used to drinking. I think that's why.
But it's good.

Advance to the national conquest
The taste is much cleaner, I think I felt a little insufficient.
It is a sake that does not interfere with food.

Even though it's not equal, it's Ottersai.
And it's made with rice that's been polished to 30%.
It's really good, stable and natural.
It's also a great scent.

Another of the two bottles bought today.
In the past, I hesitated because I had no good memories of sake from Kanagawa, but for the sake of conquering the whole country.
It was a good price and should be good.
When I tried it...
The mouthfeel is unusual, it's quite thick.
The taste is citrusy? Sweet and sour?
I've never had it before.
It's good for four.

I'm looking forward to it.
I can't remember the last time I bought or even drank sake in a shop in Okayama.
It was a 1-square-bottle bottle, but there's no way I'm not buying something that rare.
I liked the label too.
Another step forward in my quest to conquer all of Japan!

Onward to national domination!
Today at Kido in Wakayama.
I've bought it in the past and know it's good.
I haven't been able to fill in Wakayama without a photo, so it's been a while since I bought it.
And it's Junmai Daiginjo!
Good, sophisticated.

In order to conquer the whole country, I started looking for sake from blank prefectures.
The first one is Fukuoka, and I don't think I've ever seen this sake in an izakaya.
The aftertaste is clean and doesn't interfere with the meal.
It's delicious.
