It's been a long time since I've had a Hiran. Since it's the same Kyushu, it's easy to get and it's always good 😅 even though it's delicious.
Oh, it's still delicious!
It has a pleasant gasiness and sourness, not too sweet, mellow oli, and a clean aftertaste.
Maybe it's because it's made from the traditional sake yeast, but the acidity seems to be thicker and it's very drinkable.
I was satisfied and enjoyed it. Thank you very much for the sake 😄.
