Just when I was getting a little tired of refreshing summer sake
Shimane sake caught my eye 😆 and it lived up to my expectations 👍It's a summer sake but it has a strong umami flavor.
It was a summer sake with a strong umami taste, and although it was labeled as super dry, it had just the right amount of cleanness on the back end 😆.
It's delicious! I drank it at a high pace so the next day was a bit tough 😅
