Got the one-cup Ume Nishiki red box! What's more, I'm impressed that the one-cup was even properly packaged in the red box! LOL. Yesterday was my father's birthday, but I was out of town, so I bought him a cake today. I'm having it with a sweet cake, so it has a slightly strong bitter taste, but I'll get over it soon. Since I was a little girl, all my uncles used to say to me, "Ume Nishiki is so sweet! I had a feeling that it was one of the sweetest sake. But now that I know that there are different kinds of sweetness, Ume Nishiki is still a sweet sake 😆❤ lol. This red box is elegantly sweet and bitter at the same time. The aroma is also good👍.

One, two, three, four, five bridges oh! 😆✋💨 I was going to drink with Tsure after a fight. Oh dear, Tsure has gone on a business trip! 😥. I was going to drink it specially in a square.... So I decided to drink it alone. The addition of the woody aroma to the Gobashi sake is like the devil's own gold bar! What? This special feeling 🎶. It's just too good! I've been drinking it by the rim since I learned that you drink it by the rim, not by the corner, and it drips down the side when you finish the last sip. It doesn't spill as long as there is a certain amount of sake in the bottle. I practiced how to drink without spilling... lol,... Hold the bottom of the bottle with three fingers and your thumb on top! It was written on the box of this sake. I wish I could have drunk it with my friend.... Well, there are plenty of opportunities👍

About 5 days ago, it was featured on the Japan Meimon Sake Kai YouTube! It was at my favorite liquor store, so I didn't hesitate to take it home 🎵. More acid than sweetness. The aroma on the nose is fruity 🎵. I wonder if the sweetness gets stronger as the temperature goes up.... I think the sweetness will become stronger if the temperature is higher.................... I thought it was fruity like an apple and juicy like a melon, just like it says on the back. I made a fruity ketchup pork with a side of ketchup. It's tonal and good looking👍. (Side note) My wife and I are having a fight, so I got angry and had a little too much to drink. I'm so thankful for a good drink at a time like this 😂👍👍 A side note 2) Today, I was talking with the lady at the liquor store about what was the best food this year, and I told her that putting Gohashi aside, the best food so far is Moegi, which is black beef👍.

It is sold at Seven-Eleven stores in Ehime, Kagawa, and Tokushima. Drinkable size 300ml Ehime's sake brewing rice "Shizuku Ehime" is used 100%. Shizuku Ehime is a mutation of Matsuyama Mitsui, right? I went to a sake festival before Corona, and I had a comparison of Shizuku Ehime. I hope the sake festival will be held soon! It tastes sweet and full of rice flavor when drunk on its own, but when paired with the sponge cake I also bought at 7-Eleven, it instantly became tangy and masculine! LOL! I love that you can buy jungin nama-sake at a convenience store and have it properly chilled! 👍 Umanishiki is delicious ❤

I jumped on the cute Tosatsuru guy 😆✋💨 I peeked at the formula and they recommended pairing it with an after-dinner dessert, so I made a rare cheesecake for Tosatsuru 🎵 so it's a bit of an ugly cheesecake lol. It's al 12 degrees, not as punchy as the usual Tosatsuru, but it's aromatic and light. I imagined it to be a bit sweet because of the pretty bottle, but it didn't push the sweetness, it was really just light all around. It's good for a quiet, relaxing drink. It's definitely something you'd want to pair with something sweet. The cheesecake looks ugly, but it turned out delicious 😂👍It went well with this Tosazuru 🎶.

Low al 9 degrees high acidity Fizzing all over the place In a word... Lemon Sour!!!! 😆👍❇🎶❇🎶❇ The light nigori also reminds me of a lemon sour! It's not just slurpable, it's gobbleable! Today, Tsure and I went to Kyowa Sake Brewery💨. We brought back a nigori sake that is not available in town~. It's 19 degrees with sugar in it. You must be curious about this grain type ❤️. Is it sweet or ......... is it a crispy type that makes you think it's sweet? ......... The last Jozen's [sake with kiwi-derived yeast] was a fruity sake with a hint of kiwi, so I guess this one is also sweet with a hint of honey. ......... Hi! Gutsy amakuchi~! LOL! Hilariously sweet! Is there honey in it? 😂💦 Junmai sake, right? How can yeast and rice make it so sweet? I've never had a drink this sweet before! LOL! I thought it was gumshiro! LOL! It's so thick! I'd rather have it in my iced coffee! ...so I put it in my coffee! It turned out to be a very sweet coffee! LOL! Now that's delicious! But you can tell it's properly sweet from the rice, and although it feels sweet on the palate, it slowly disappears. The sweetness lingered longer in the kiwi-derived yeast. I wonder if it would go well with bitter chocolate! I'll buy some bitter chocolate tomorrow! The bear 🐻 is so cute❤

One, two, three, four, five bridges oh! 😆✋💨 Today, my favorite Gobashi❤️ G2502" aka Degoichira label from the drinking market 🎵. The "G" is for Gohashi, and the yeast used is 2502, adding 1801 and 701. It is a junmai sake with 60% polished rice and 15% alcohol by volume. Today, to commemorate the opening of the bottle, I'll be serving charcoal-grilled chicken wings❤️ lol. I still seem to like drinking Gobashi junmai sake at room temperature! I don't know if I've tasted it since I started drinking it or not, but I already have less than one gou left💦. The Jusui from last night was also delicious and I still have some left lol.... The label of this G2502 seems to have been cut by the vice toji himself with a compass cutter, so there is a needle hole in the middle of the label 😆👍Gojo is also delicious when you drink it while looking at the "hole" of the passion of the mischievous vice toji ❤️. Side note:) In connection with locomotives, there is a high-grade frozen sake called "Ginga Tetsudo" in Ehime. Drinking nine tails with Ture in the middle of the night of the super moon. Well, it was cloudy and we couldn't see the moon... It would have been a big moon if we could see it around 3AM. When I opened the bottle, I thought, "Oh! It smells so good! said my friend. It had a faintly gorgeous ginjo aroma, more like a flower than a fruit. In the mouth, it was a bit thick and "sweet ✨", but the sweetness was tempered by the tangy sensation on the tongue. The rice flavor was also plentiful 🎵The aftertaste was a pleasant sweetness that lingered softly. It has been a long time since I have enjoyed an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It was just the right amount of relaxation at midnight. I rode my bike for an hour each way to buy Kubi! LOL! Now I wish I could have seen the moon. (It has been raining since this morning) I want to drink the current Kubio, 100% organic Asahi no Yume.

My First Black Cow Charcoal fire for another day of drinking👍. Summer is great! Eggplant, peppers, shishito peppers, and zucchini dive straight from the field into the fire lol. Usually it's chicken wings, but today it's oyakitori🎵. Never mind that the ayu fish is facing the other way lol. I also made kiwi sorbet for dessert and started at a time when I didn't know if it was breakfast or lunch! 🎵 I like to drink during the day on a holiday when I don't have any plans. Alright, now the black beef✨ It tastes so much ❤️. From the moment I swallowed it, I was like "hot spicy spicy spicy! 👍" It packed more of a punch than I imagined it would! The flavor, acidity, and spiciness are all powerful ❗ This is "Moegi"! I can feel its life force ✊💨 lol Delicious!
