A hermit in a bewitching color...lol This Jun Dai has a strong taste 🎵. It tastes like rice. Until I was in middle school, we used to grow rice at our house, and it was Matsuyama Mitsui. I remember when I was growing up, I thought "there's Matsuyama Mitsui sake too" lol. I went to buy it on my bicycle and bought the drinkable size, but I should have bought the shugou (four-unit) size 💦. The acidity in the aftertaste is also nice 👍and the acidity knows how to pull it off 👍. There is a sake brewery on the other side of the river on the road to the Matsuyama water bottle and Ishitegawa dam, but I've never been there, so I'll have to stop by if I get a chance ✨.
