For some reason, Ichinoya is not registered as a sake brewery. Ryusuisuisen is registered.

Delicious sake brewed with 100% Kaze Sayaka and medium-hard water from Kurobe ❤.
Ichinoya is one of my 3 favorite sake breweries 🎶.
I spent the morning pruning the garden and I was starving 😆.
We are having grilled chicken wings for lunch.
It has a nice aroma and a nice rice feeling in the mouth👍.
The bitterness is just right, and the acidity and piquancy make it feel fresh.
