Got the one-cup Ume Nishiki red box!
What's more, I'm impressed that the one-cup was even properly packaged in the red box! LOL.
Yesterday was my father's birthday, but I was out of town, so I bought him a cake today.
I'm having it with a sweet cake, so it has a slightly strong bitter taste, but I'll get over it soon.
Since I was a little girl, all my uncles used to say to me, "Ume Nishiki is so sweet! I had a feeling that it was one of the sweetest sake. But now that I know that there are different kinds of sweetness, Ume Nishiki is still a sweet sake 😆❤ lol.
This red box is elegantly sweet and bitter at the same time.
The aroma is also good👍.
