One, two, three, four, five bridges oh!
😆✋💨
Today, my favorite Gobashi❤️
G2502" aka Degoichira label from the drinking market 🎵.
The "G" is for Gohashi, and the yeast used is 2502, adding 1801 and 701. It is a junmai sake with 60% polished rice and 15% alcohol by volume.
Today, to commemorate the opening of the bottle, I'll be serving charcoal-grilled chicken wings❤️ lol.
I still seem to like drinking Gobashi junmai sake at room temperature! I don't know if I've tasted it since I started drinking it or not, but I already have less than one gou left💦.
The Jusui from last night was also delicious and I still have some left lol....
The label of this G2502 seems to have been cut by the vice toji himself with a compass cutter, so there is a needle hole in the middle of the label 😆👍Gojo is also delicious when you drink it while looking at the "hole" of the passion of the mischievous vice toji ❤️.
Side note:)
In connection with locomotives, there is a high-grade frozen sake called "Ginga Tetsudo" in Ehime.
A side note 2)
My mother is telling me to stop eating chicken wings and eat grilled eggplant (we are making a lot of it and have to consume a lot of it).
I pickled carrots wrapped in shiso leaves based on a recipe posted by Chi-chan 🎵so delicious ❤️😆😆.

BEAT-san.........
I was more interested in the food than the drink 💦.
I'll try to make it with the recipe 😁.
I can't keep up with the overabundance and consumption *...*....

Erin, Chi-chan's recipe was delicious! So easy to make, I've been marinating in it again 😆👍 and I roasted 10 eggplants! LOL. I can drink at night with chilled grilled eggplant ❤️.
