Today, Tsure and I went to Kyowa Sake Brewery💨.
We brought back a nigori sake that is not available in town~. It's 19 degrees with sugar in it.
You must be curious about this grain type ❤️.
Plus, there's an open bottle warning issued! LOL.
But well, I was able to open the bottle normally👍.
What does this mean?
Does it mean it's not dobby because I squeezed it with a rough eye guy? Is it amazake? It's so grainy~! 🎶🎵🎶
It's a sweet sake with a swirl and a kick ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤.
Delicious 😆👍
I was drinking it with my friend and watching a DVD and it was gone in no time lol.
And dessert 🍮!
Hatsuyukibai Daiginjo Pudding "Your First Love
This pudding is a collaboration between Hatsuyukibai and a local high school (Matsuyama Minami Tobe Branch School).
It was also creamy, silky and delicious❤The flavor of the sake was great.
(Side note: yesterday's chu-hi at the izakaya had a Garigari-kun soda stuck in it lol.

Hi BEAT!
I don't like amazake because it seems only sweet and mild, but if it has shuwa and alcohol in it, it's good - I think I'll probably be okay.
But I'm most interested in the Garigarikun shochu-hai, it looks delicious lol.

abibuta-san, it is fun to visit a brewery, isn't it? I often go to Mizuguchi Sake Brewery too, but I buy Dogo beer and craft gin lol. Maybe next time I'll take you back to Mukidazu too ✨.
