It's gassy and insanely juicy, but with a beautiful sweetness that's typical of Yamadanishiki, and it's insanely delicious! Personally, one of the best I've had this year! I would recommend drinking it in a gulping cup. The strength of the gaseous sensation is such that you need to be careful when opening the bottle.
