I happened to find this stylish sake in a bottle at an event. It is the 8:30 sake of the 8:00 sake out of the 12 types of sake available from 6:00 pm to 5:00 am, plus the 8:30 summer-only sake. It is a low-alcohol sparkling sake with an alcohol content of 8 degrees. It tastes like sweet and sour rice juice. It tastes great.

It has a crazy shrieking gasiness and also a juicy rice flavor. It is quite my favorite! When mixed with Ori, it has a silky taste and is very drinkable!

It's juicy, shwashy, and extremely tasty! The aftertaste is bittersweet. It was a delicious result this year, too! The bottle popped when I opened it, so be careful when you open it! When opening the bottle, the cork popped when I opened it, so be careful when opening!

A fire-aged version of Yui Sake Shop's original sake. Compare with the nama-shu. The sweetness is in the same direction as that of the nama-shu, but the taste is more refreshing. This one is better as a food sake.
