I was interested in this sake when I read about it in a magazine last year (dancyu, I think?). I was curious about this sake because I saw it in a magazine last year (dancyu?).
Originally, my friend and I were going to make sake together, but my friend passed away, so now he makes sake by himself.
I heard that there are only a few stores that carry it...
Cold sake
Juicy aroma like white peach
Clear and transparent taste.

The first day was about pairings and the second day was about sake-dipping tea!
I learned how to approach sake from different angles, such as heating sake, pairing sake with olive oil and sansho (Japanese pepper) 😊.
I even got his autograph 😁.
Like the Hakuryu from the previous post, I chose one with a dragon in the name!

Cold sake.
Aroma of strawberries!
A hint of cheesiness.
Slightly yellowish
Easy to drink.
But it has a soft body with a sense of volume.
The astringent aftertaste is a characteristic of Yume-no-Kou? (I also had a similar aftertaste with Aizu Nakasyo and Sasasamune...)
The owner said it might be good lukewarm, so I warmed it up.

I was in a bar in Fukuoka and was having a lively sake conversation with a person from Osaka, who gave me a crab and firefly squid from Kasumi!
I gratefully received them and paired them with sake from Hyogo.
At room temperature.
The aroma was robust. Rich acidity and astringency reminiscent of yogurt and cheese. Classic rich type.
When heated, it becomes lighter with pleasant acidity and umami.

Cherry blossoms have been in full bloom for about two days in Fukuoka, but the best time to see them is probably today because of rain tomorrow and the day after tomorrow🌸.
Cold sake.
Pale and elegant aroma.
It has a light, elegant aroma with a hint of oriki and a refined acidity. There is a hint of sweetness reminiscent of sakura mochi (rice cake). It also has a youthful freshness like a new sake. It is a perfect sake for cherry blossom viewing. The aftertaste is normal.

The aroma is mild.
Gentle sweetness spreads gradually in the mouth.
Sake from Shimane has an image of being soft-water and somewhat heavy, but it was modern light and easy to drink.
The aftertaste is normal.

Soft in the mouth, but as the name suggests, it has a great sharpness. The aftertaste is tangy.
It has the inherent strength of a panda bear, but also a gentle side that is somehow cute.
The aftertaste is short.

I opened it boldly without hesitation and blew it out even though it said "be careful not to blow out"... I recommend putting it firmly in ice water before opening the bottle.
Cold sake.
Mild aroma.
Milky taste with a shwashy and stimulating effect. Slightly astringent aftertaste. The aftertaste is rather long.
We had it with fried food. Good with fried food.

Laughing Shiki, which is not that common even in Kansai, is drunk for the first time. Rarity is high in some areas.
Drink cold.
It has a gorgeous, fruity aroma.
The taste is neither heavy nor light, but very fresh. It goes down the throat smoothly without any stickiness.
It is the most modern sake I have ever tasted from Shiga.
The aftertaste is normal.

Cold sake.
Compared to the Ho-no-Mai posted one post ago, it has a medium mouthfeel, slightly dry and light with a sharper sharpness. It also has some acidity.
The manager says it tastes like white wine, but I personally didn't feel it much.
I had it with steamed oysters and sashimi.

It is a Bountiful Harvest Thanksgiving, which I had recommended and promoted to the manager for some time. I like history, so I was going to buy a bottle of Ho-no-Mai because of the Heike family crest on the label. According to the manager, it was his personal favorite among the seven participating breweries.

The aroma is subdued.
It has an elegant taste with the freshness of new sake, but it is light and crisp on the throat. It has volume and is not so assertive.
The aftertaste is rather long.
We enjoyed it with steamed oysters.

Extremely rare.
At room temperature.
Not much aroma.
Although the water is slightly soft, the delicious rice flavor gradually rises to the top of the throat as you swallow.
When heated, it is fuller and spicier than at room temperature.
It has a long aftertaste.

Kakuemon, a polar bear with an impressive label that is sometimes seen at liquor stores in summer, is the first hiyaoroshi sake I will drink. Other than Kakuemon, I am impressed by Izumihashi's Summer Yago, Kankoubai's Penguin, and Sengoku's Kabutomushi.
I first learned that this is the same sake brewery as Fukukomachi, which I drank some time ago.
The rarity of this sake is high in the Kansai region.
Cold sake.
Gorgeous aroma.
It has a mouthfeel like Akita's local sake. It has an elegant flavor with a glossy sheen, but the end is quite sharp. The aftertaste is long.

I had wanted to try it for a long time but had not purchased it. It was the last bottle, so I took the opportunity to buy it.
Rarity is high depending on the place.
Cold sake.
It has a slight floral aroma as it is made with floral yeast. I found out that it is made with sunflower yeast.
It is light and nimble, yet has a unique heaviness, umami, and crispness. The rice used to make this sake is Hyoukei Sake No. 18, which is unique to Raifuku in all of Japan. This unique flavor was impressive.
Other evaluations said that it was slightly dry, with a modest Raifuku-like flavor. Next time, I would definitely like to try the year-round Raifuku.
The taste is perfect with autumnal flavors, but it can also be drunk easily on its own.

I drank it when I came back to my parents' house as a souvenir.

The lid flew off when I opened the bottle with carbonation, so be careful when opening it.
It has a citrusy but juicy aroma like a pear.
It has a strong acidity and sweetness. The alcohol content is low, but there is a bitter taste, which may make it a favorite for different tastes.
The body is medium and the carbonation is quite strong. It gives the impression of being stronger than Kaze no Mori.
The aftertaste is a little long.
It has a strong acidity, so it is recommended to be paired with dishes that have acidity. We had it with ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) in a nabe (hot pot).
Recommended for intermediate level sake drinkers and above.

I was going to buy summer sake but they didn't have it in the store anymore, so I bought a packet with a cute label.
Rare.
Cold sake.
Slightly fresh and gentle aroma.
It has a soft mouthfeel with a strong acidity.
The body is medium with the umami and weight of rice typical of junmai sake. However, the aftertaste is sharp.
The aftertaste is rather short. Cost-effective at 1,300 yen for a four-pack.
Good as an aperitif.
Sake can be enjoyed by beginners as well. いーじーAt a liquor store.
I bought this at my first liquor store. The owner said they have a rare sake.
Nara's Harushika, which I drank many times when I was in Osaka, is a new brand that has been available only at special sake stores for about 4 or 5 years.
I had never seen much of it even when I lived in Kansai, so it is very rare.
Cold sake.
The aroma is mild but sweet.
Soft mouthfeel, acidity, and white grape-like sweetness. Gradually more complex.
Sharp and firm, I did not feel the characteristic yosaku of Harushika. However, the aftertaste was clean and crisp, and it was very Harushika-like.
I recommend this sake on its own or as a food sake.
