I left it for a few more days and it got sweeter 😲⤴️ and the spiciness almost disappeared 😲 It became sweeter to my taste!
In my opinion, it's better if you drink it slowly after a while 🙌

They also had the unleavened version but I chose this one because I like nigori 😍.
It's so shwashy😍I love shwashy ❣️
It's really like a rumney 😋😋😍😍 + a little spicy!
It still has a faint gassy feeling after a few days🙆.
The slightly spicy taste has calmed down and the sweetness has increased😍.
It has just the right balance and would go well with many dishes 😋😋.

Crisp and fruity acidity.
Chilli gas feeling.
Junmai ogara-mi, so you can feel the umami and volume of the rice.
There is a moderate astringency in the aftertaste.
It is good as a stand-alone sake, but it might be better as a food sake.
