From last Saturday to yesterday, I went on a three-day trip to Nagasaki.
The first day we went to Fukue Island in the Goto Islands 🚢.
We visited the Goto Tsubaki distillery where they make Gotogin 😆.
First of all, the sea is too beautiful... and the fish is delicious 🐟.
We also visited the holy place of the anime that takes place on Fukue Island and stayed overnight 😊.
We bought our sake at a liquor store near Nagasaki station.
I bought it at the same liquor store 2 years ago on my last trip to Nagasaki!
Cold sake.
Aroma of dried grapes with a slight yogurt flavor.
Smooth and structured mouthfeel.
Slightly astringent from the mid-palate to the finish.
Seems to go well with strong flavored food.
