I've had a few Amego Tsuki, but this is the first time I've had this highly rated classic sake 😄. The aroma is mild and slightly fruity, the mouthfeel is gentle due to the low alcohol content, the rice flavor and soft sweetness, and the natural sharpness on the finish gives it an overall elegant feel 😋. It goes well with a variety of meals, from light Japanese to strong Chinese 🍶.

I was attracted by the austere label color. The bottle was opened without any problems, although there is a possibility that the crown may fly off due to carbonation during fermentation. It has a mild aroma, and when you drink it, it has the freshness of new sake, slightly spicy and dry, light and crisp!

A new sake of a light nigori type with a gorgeous appearance 🍶. Although I was concerned about the warning against spilling when opening the bottle, it did not overflow and the bottle was opened without incident 😌. It has a youthful aroma with a hint of green apple, and when you drink it, it has a juicy sweetness and a harmonious acidity, making it sweet and sour and easy to drink. It has a refreshing aftertaste and would go well with dishes with strong flavors such as grilled meat or kimchi 😁.

Rumiko's Sake" was created after his wife was so impressed by the manga "Natsuko's Sake" that she wrote a letter to the manga artist Akira Oze. 75% Hachitan-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture is used. Almost no aroma, sharp, dry and umami, with a bitter finish and a nice sharpness. Versatile enough to be served with any meal!

This is my first Takachiyo! I had been waiting to see if it would be too sweet for me, but I thought the grapefruit-themed "blue" might work for me 😁. Clean fruity aroma, soft mouthfeel, juicy taste with lots of flavor, moderate sweetness, acid bitterness that comes afterwards, definitely a grapefruit feeling 😋. It is very easy to drink on its own!

A cup of sake after a physical checkup 😁. It's so clear that there's almost no oli, even though it's made from tailings. Aromatic aroma, smooth mouthfeel, moderate sweetness, lush fruity freshness, and a bitter acidity that cuts through nicely 😋. It's a dangerous ⚠️ 🍶 that will keep you drinking more and more on its own!

The distinctive handwritten pink label caught my eye and I couldn't help but select it 😁. The toji personally supervised the bottling of the recommended freshly pressed sake and released it with a limited edition handwritten label! The sake has a refreshing ginjo aroma, a full-bodied juicy flavor, a delicious rice flavor, and a moderate acidity that keeps you coming back for more! The lingering aftertaste is slightly bitter and acidic with a good sense of balance.

Wakayama sake made with Yamadanishiki and rice suitable for sake brewing 🍶. A classic type with a clean, crisp aroma, a round, full and soothing umami taste, and a slight acidity in the second half that flows nicely 😊. Perfect for a light drink, just the right size 😆. It is also good with hot sake!

Among Hiroshima sake, I especially like Kamo Kanehide's seasonal sake 🍶. Gentle 🍇 aroma, soft mouthfeel with a slight sizzle, moderate sweetness and flavorful overtones, shifts from sour to slightly dry after the mid-palate, overall balance typical of autumnal sake with a sense of maturity 😄. Seafood and mushrooms seem to go especially well with it 😋.

Hiyaoroshi to drink in the harvest season 😁. The aroma is mild, but when you drink it, it is dry and dry overall with a firm flavor and deep lingering aftertaste at 17.5 degrees Al! It is said to be one of the top 3 dry types of Tamagawa 🍶. I would like to pair this with autumn ingredients 😋.

Hatsugaarakudai (Utashiro) 🍶 from Tenryohai Sake Brewery, famous for its rapidly growing popularity and story of revival from the crisis of going out of business. When I uncorked it, I was surprised to hear a vigorous pop, but no blowout 😅. The aroma is gorgeous and beautiful, the taste is fruity and naturally sweet, and the acidity is a bit gruff, the finish is surprisingly refreshing and crisp 👌 This would be a great pairing with sweets 😋.

This is a super dry junmai sake with a sake degree of +15. It is named after the "Sexy Yamamoto Yeast" that was discovered at the Yamamoto Sake Brewery. It has a light aroma, with a subtle fruity apple flavor at first, followed immediately by a sharp spiciness that cuts through clearly 😁. I think it goes especially well with Japanese food ☺️ The third photo is the lunch we had at Tomonoura the other day 🍙.
