Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture is brewed here with a mixed fermentation of No.1 and No.2 yeast.
This is my first time, but this is quite good🫢❗️
It's probably good to begin with, but as it says on the back of the label, it's been laid down to give it a fruity, well-matured, sake-like finish that's stunning 😆💕.
I think this might be my favorite Sogape I've ever had👍.
This was one I wanted to open on a special occasion.
