My father from Nagano is here, but I can't drink with him today because of my work. The only sake available was Shinmasa Viridian and Yamasan Kinmon Nishiki, so I thought it was not suitable for a meal. I gave this to my wife and told her she could open it.
I will drink it after I get home from work at midnight 😊.
I got the impression that it was sweeter and rounder than the Sisu Ikeda lot I had the other day, with a distinct acidity. I didn't drink them at the same time though 🤭.
I prefer this one. It is delicious 😋.
