FuuGeePurchased at the Hankyu Umeda Brewery Festival The aroma is sweet ginjo aroma😊. Pleasant acidity and little alcohol. Gentle sweetness and good sharpness! You can drink it easily 🤭. It is said to be inspired by the bewitching Aizu Bijin, and I think I'm going to get hooked on it just as the brewer intended 😅.

FuuGeeTasting and purchasing at the Hankyu Umeda Brewery Festival Kawatsuru Sake Brewery, which I only knew as Sanuki Kuraudai💦. This sake is made from contract-cultivated Yamada-Nishiki. The sake is made in the Tanozaki district, hence the name Tanozaki. Slightly acidic and sweet on the palate, with a slight bitterness that gives it a refreshing taste 😊. It is my favorite type of sake 🍶.

FuuGeeOne of the ones I got at the Hankyu Umeda brewery festival. First Unzan, red in color (there were a lot of them, like blue). The aroma is subdued, but the mouthfeel is not sour, and the volume that pushes in from mildly fruity is amazing! The alcohol is pleasant to the nose 😊. This is delicious (^^)

FuuGeeGrain crusher Polished 22%‼️ Bargain price as usual 4444 yen (excl. tax) or less😅 I bet other breweries would charge tens of thousands of yen... Gorgeous aroma, just enough acidity to slightly tickle the tip of the tongue. Fruity but dry feeling. Delicious.

FuuGeeCommon during Obon season? Sake we received Red. Wine color. There is no description, but it is probably junmai sake^^;. I was a little excited to see the words "technical guidance from Tokyo University of Agriculture". First, it was served at room temperature. The aroma is sweet, and the taste is... sweet and sour or sweet. The alcohol content is a bit much for the degree (14%), but the sweetness comes forward and tastes similar to ume (plum) wine. Next, we will have it cold. Well... let's see how it changes... Also, a few hours will add (^^)

The name of the brewery is "Koto". The aroma is sweet and fruity. Slightly acidic and slightly fruity on the palate, with no cloying taste, and a volume that comes later. FuuGeeA bottle I came across in search of a summer drink. This is my first time to try Yuki no Bijin. The aroma is soft and slightly sweet. In the mouth, a slight carbonation is felt, a slight impression of white wine, and a noticeable alcohol taste. It is a slightly dry sake. It is suitable as a food sake (^^) After a few days of opening the bottle, the carbonation seems to disappear and the sweetness seems to increase!

FuuGeeI was wondering when to drink it...but...opened the bottle When I poured it into the cup, I got the impression of more carbonation. The aroma is white grape-like, similar to Akitsuho. When you take a sip, you can still taste the acidity with a lot of carbonation. After that, it tastes gently of white grapes. It disappears softly until the end. Compared to Akitsuho, it is a gentle sake (Akitsuho gives the impression of being more voluminous). Perhaps the taste will be different after the acidity is gone each day... drink it slowly over about 10 days (^ ^)

FuuGeeAlmost no aroma. No acidity, a slight white grape and alcohol feeling that comes suddenly. It's not sharp, but it disappears quickly. Well, it is not my favorite ^^;. When I tried it with dashimaki, the taste and the alcohol feeling disappeared, and it passed down my throat easily. You don't feel like you are drinking alcohol... It may be good for those who like sake like Kozen Josui, but it is not suitable for those who like sake with flavor.

FuuGeeIt is more like a dubu, or a doro (^^; It looks whiter than amazake and is milk of sake. It is more like drinking or eating, and it is thicker than Tenkaichin's ramen. It is inevitable that it will become even thicker because it is sticky and accumulated at the bottom of the bottle. It has a thick mouthfeel, but it is not too sweet, and the alcohol content is about 15%, so there is not much alcohol in it. Yukikko is very sweet and has a alcohol content of more than 20 degrees, so it is hard to match it as a food sake, but this one can be used as a food sake! However, it is not as refreshing in the mouth as a dry sake, and it leaves a sticky texture; It may be a surprisingly versatile sake.

FuuGeeTenbi! Special Junmai. A slight semedyne smell. The foaming sensation is more subdued than the white Tenbi and Momoten I drank before. I don't know what it is, but the foam is fine, or it's a gentle foam. The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink ^^; The taste changes as the carbonation wears off, so I plan to drink it slowly over the course of a week or so (^^)

FuuGeeThe so-called Momoten! I went to my favorite liquor store for the first time in a while, and they said they got it in today! It has a soft, sweet aroma and a slight carbonation in the mouth. It's crisp and refreshing, with little swelling of flavor. There is almost no alcohol in it. A good spring sake (^^)
