When I drove to Fushimi on business, I found a busy sake brewery! When I stopped by, I heard that if you turn on the faucet that comes out of the wall, sake will come out. I couldn't help but buy one 😄. The date of manufacture is stamped "today" on the spot! The seal is also done on the spot with a hair dryer😄! A production only possible in a sake brewery 😆. The taste is... It goes in smoothly and has a strong rice swelling 🌾💪. It doesn't have the crispness I was hoping for, but it's rich and dry 🍶. Gentle on the palate, but strong 😄.

Buy it at Yamaya😄 I wonder if the drunken heart salesman is working hard these days, I find them everywhere 💡. Polar bear label 🐻‍❄️ It's a bit dry with a hint of sweetness 😄. It seems to be good with a light meal or on its own! Either way, it's delicious 😄🍶.

Junmai Daiginjo from Bizen Omachi😄 I tasted it at the Hankyu Brewery Festival and bought it because it was so delicious 😊. Slightly sweet on the palate with a slight acidity, from which you can feel the soft fullness of the rice and enjoy the slow lingering taste 🍶. Delicious 😋.

The one I got at the Hankyu Umeda brewery festival. It was put there for New Year's 😄. It is a sake with great rice swelling! The mouthfeel is like a junmai sake with No.7 yeast, but from there the swelling is intense😄. The label "rich and umakuchi" is true 😊.

Obtained at the Hankyu Brewery Festival It is said to be a limited edition sake from a limited number of breweries (the label is limited to the brewery) Kamoizumi is known for its dry taste, but this sake has a slight acidity, a slight sweetness, and a smooth sensation as it goes down your throat, with a sense of rice swelling and alcohol. It is a dry type of sake, so it is good as a food sake, but it would be better with light food 😊. Saijo sake festival I want to go to someday😄

Purchased at Hankyu Brewery Festival More gassy than tasting, full of white grapes 😄 Carbonated white grape juice! So that means... Hmmm... it's similar to Kaze no Mori Akitsuho😅. Polishing ratio is also 70%, close to Akitsuho (65%) 😆. Low milled rice perfection 😊.

I tasted it and enjoyed it so I bought it😄. 100% Dewanosato from Yamagata Prefecture Polishing ratio, Kake rice 55 Yeast: Yamagata Ginjo yeast (NF-KA), Association 1801 yeast Slightly sweet, easy to drink with flavor, sweetness and sharpness 🍶😄. You can feel the fullness of the rice as soon as you drink it â Tastes like a 4 digit yeast 😆. Delicious 😄

Instrumental Masamune forte-piano Strong rice swelling from slight acidity...then it disappears quickly 😊. It expresses "forte piano" in taste 🤭. It contains brewer's alcohol... but it's not cheap... it's like the fermentation is controlled by the brewer's alcohol 😊. It's a delicious drink 🍶.

Checking out the liquor section of a department store, this label catches my eye. 😄 Sold by regional trading company Yamaguchi Corporation... The product is manufactured by Toyo Bijin's Sumikawa Sake Brewery 😲. I bought it immediately 😄. The fall finish gives the impression of a strong flavor, but... Almost no acidity, sweetness up front, only a hint of alcohol, dark sweetness is the impression 😄... I think it's best to enjoy only sake slowly while feeling the coolness of autumn 😊.
