It is very mellow, using Kuroyan water, which is very soft. It has a slight alcohol taste, but it can be enjoyed cold or at room temperature, making it easy to drink and very cost-effective. This is the second bottle of Miyamanishiki check-in I purchased when I visited Okazaki Sake Brewery last year. I was so happy to be able to buy some goods that you can't buy in the mail order 😆 I also went to visit the terraced rice fields in Inakura 🚗3 I was hesitant to drink the second bottle because I thought it would be a waste, but I opened it on New Year's Day this year and I made love to it. This is my favorite sake brewery so far 🥰It was the first one I checked in for when I visited Okazaki Shuzo for the first time last year💕They are sometimes out of stock these days, but you still have a good chance of getting it if you go to the brewery, and I managed to get a Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki 💓 until I arrived at the brewery 💓. I remember being surprised at how easy it was to drink, with a fresh, apple-like aroma and a very clean taste that I had never had before. ☺️ Where to buy: Okazaki Sake Brewery

😆 Checked in last year when I caught my first Kabutobushi. The cute naming and label 😍and the word of mouth about it being an adult lemonade, chilled to a crisp, etc., whetted my appetite for purchasing it 😙I remember oohing and aahing at the shockingly delicious and refreshing taste 😙I was so happy and delicious that I had to take a picture. I forgot to take a picture of it and I can't help but laugh at the picture of me about to drink it 😅I had heard that all of Senkou's products are delicious but not the standard ones 😘I'm sure there are many people who loved Kabutomushi for the first time 😘I'm one of them 💕. I like Aizan 😆 I would like to try it 😍This is my second bottle of Yamazan with Yamae-nishiki, but I felt that Yamada-nishiki is more balanced and drinkable with a beautiful mouthfeel. I was surprised to find such a brewery in Ueda city 🫢.
