I was interested in this eco-friendly sake brewery and the packaging is my personal favorite frog 🐸 I happened to see it at a liquor store and brought home a big bottle of 🐸 frog 🤗 bullfrog 🐸 lol It looks a little bit soft and the aroma when you open the bottle is like the smell of wood from a barrel 🪵The taste is rich, sweet and acidic with a nice sharpness, just like a white wine and very refreshing 😋Think of it as a white wine and it's very tasty, even in hot summer you can enjoy a glass of this wine. I had missed the chance to drink it because I thought I could drink it anytime 😅 due to its easy availability. I had a chance to drink it for the first time at my relative's birthday party 🎂🎉😊♬ The aroma is fruity like melon, and the taste is sweet and elegant. Thank you very much for the food 😋😋.

Last year I checked in at ⛰️ and on my way back from Kamikochi, I stopped by the brewery and became a fan of Daishinshu Sake Brewery for the first time 😊The staff recommended the brewery's limited edition products 😅laughs lol The first one I had was a sparkling Jungin with a great cosmetic price. It was so delicious that I went home and looked up the stores that carried it and found one relatively close by 🤗. The first time I had it, it was a sparkling jungin with a great cosmetic value 😅 lol.

It is made with Koji-mai Yamada-Nishiki and Kake-mai Yume no Kou. It has a fruity aroma like muscat, light cloudy, sweet and juicy, gorgeous, pleasantly bitter and sharp, and as the temperature adjusts, the sweetness increases and it is refreshing and delicious 😙It is always delicious 😅💦. This is a check-in from the first time I received Tasake exactly one year ago 😋💕 so the label is also from last year. The standard brand is a special junmai sake and the sake rice is Hanafukiyuki, but I got this junmai ginjo Yamadanishiki 😍I don't often see it at the local liquor stores, so when I saw this Nebuta Festival label, I jumped at it because it was so cool 😍 I haven't had any other tasake. I happened to come across the yellow label so I brought it home 😆 🌾They said it's a limited version that uses Yamadanishiki as the sake rice, the parent variety of Gin no Yume 🤔I still don't know the difference between sake rice 🤔I'm a beginner🔰 but my expectations are high ♬♬😅 I've seen the pink label online but not so much the yellow🟡 label, is it sold every year?　It seems to be slightly lower in sake than the regular Hachitan-Nishiki, which makes it sweeter and more fruity 😅I wonder if it's my imagination ♬♬ I love you so much for your sweetness and acidity. This is a check-in from last year when I was looking for Ding and got the summer sake 😆. I couldn't resist the 🩵cool bottle color and Ding's smiling face 😅 I couldn't resist pressing the button 😅 The fruity and juicy taste of Ding is still there and the rice flavor and sweetness is still there. The black day water makes it smooth and easy to drink, and the orikara summer sake makes it even easier to drink 🥰I personally think it might be my favorite of all Ding's so I wish they would sell it all season long 💕. This time last year, I was looking for a new sake and tried this relatively easy to find Chiebijin for the first time 😆. It seems to be their first attempt at a genre called Nama-juku, where they mature the raw sake by letting it sit for 6 months. I guess it's like doing the same thing at home where you mature and enjoy the raw sake at the brewery😃It's sweet and fruity with a slight chilli flavor, personally it tastes like Kawanakajima Genmai and is very delicious 😋. I used to live in Iwate and I'm very attached to it❤️I wasn't even interested in sake back then😂I think it's a shame now. I guess it has become more popular recently than last year, I often see seasonal products and standard Junmai and Jungin bottles out of stock😭I buy it whenever I see it these days and it has become one of the brands I always want to keep in my fridge 🥰especially this Junmai sake 💰Cospa💰 is the best sake to have on hand 💕and what's more, it's 4.5 times the price of the standard Junmai sake 🥰. I love the red Kabuto label on the bottle 💕and the red Kabuto label is so cool & has more presence than the No.4 bottle 👍I thought it was classical at first because of the strength and ruggedness of the label but 😅I was surprised at how well balanced, gorgeous and sharp it is ♬I immediately became a fan because of the gap from my initial image. I am very happy with the quality of the label and the quality of the wine. I am very happy to have found this new place.

This is the last of two bottles I checked in on in July 😙 4th is my second purchase and 4th bottle. It's like an adult Pocari Sweat and it's perfect for the hot summer months with its petite texture😍I think it tastes even better than last time 😄It was released at the beginning of the year, but it's refreshing enough to gulp down in the middle of summer😍It's really delicious💖. I love 😍Thanks to the Ding, I got to know the Shinshu Meizou brewery and I also enjoy different brands of Takizawa 😋 This year I was lucky enough to visit the brewery and make love to the sake. ☺️The red label is especially cosy and perfect for cold and warmed sake 😘I personally like to drink this sake in the winter when it gets chilly and warm dishes are served 😭. This is one of the three items I received as a birthday present 🎁 last year. It was a collaboration sake with Yotchan, and I had Yotchan with me 😆 I didn't find it very tasty when I drank it with Yotchan 😁💦It's a hit 😂It's for evening drinking, not modern style, but relatively easy to drink with 14% alcohol content.
