I heard Osaka's sake is Aki-shika or Kurehaaru so I had it for the first time 😃I saw a raw Aki-shika 🍂🦌 so I took it home with me 😁. The taste is not the sweet and delicious of today's sake, but it has a banana-like aroma and a clean taste due to the use of No. 7 yeast and 100% Yamadanishiki, a slight yellow texture due to the unfiltered raw sake, the umami of the rice and 17% alcohol content, and it is pleasantly rich and yet fresh 🍂. I love Ryoseki Shuzo's elegant palate and often enjoy Hanayuup😍It was the first Junmai Daiginjo under the brand name and the first time I had the Suitama brand. 🌻🌻This was the last brand to be released before the summer season😃 🥂🥂It has a pleasant fruity aroma when you put the glass close, the mouthfeel is balanced and sharp and very delicious💗I drank too much of this 🤗I don't know the characteristics of the sake rice, Kame no O😅💦I heard they also released Jun Dai Yamadanishiki, I want to try it! 🫶💕 Label: 🏷️ The whole bottle is on display because of the print directly on the bottle 😆. It has a subtle muscat-like aroma, a gorgeous flavor, and a nice sharpness, so it's very easy to drink and delicious. ☺️I guess I'm used to drinking junmai sake, but it's softer and more to my liking😍. 2nd day Unlike yesterday's impression, the sweetness has increased and it has calmed down, it's so much better. This is 😍👍 I still have to wait my turn 😅I can't wait to drink this year's Newborn 😆 lol. 😆This is a check-in from when I visited Okufuji, the brewery in Ako 3 years ago when I was not so interested in Sake 😃My main sightseeing was at Kira Kira Kira Slope and the popular gelato store Sakarita across the street, but the brewery was also open so I just dropped by as a side trip. We were so glad we stopped by 😅. I was looking for an easy to drink 🍶 with a good mouthfeel, and while looking at the description, I bought this Otome 😃Although the alcohol content was a little high at 17.5, it was easy to drink with a fruity, apple-like aroma and a sweet but refreshing taste. ☺️ Label: 🏷️ Low difficulty😍. This is my second check-in for amber, following last year. I have the impression that I have seen a lot of amber in stores, so I wonder if the distribution is increasing? I wonder 🧐I liked it so much after receiving it last year that I immediately decided to repeat 🥰. I think it's a shame if you imagine the hard taste from the impression of the label 🏷️ 😌It has 13% alcohol by volume 🔰 and is recommended for women 🤲It has a moderate fruity aroma, sweet flavor, juicy and gorgeous mouth feel, very drinkable and food friendly, but be careful not to drink too much 😅. ⚾️ tonight is the Dodgers World Series Championship 🏆, and in a fun atmosphere where you can't help but drink 🏆, we celebrated with a Hakkaisan Dodger bottle of Hakkaisan Dodger Gold Label👑 from ㊗️. I'm checking in to make room for new sake 😙Junmai sake is my favorite because of its fruity aroma, sharpness, good cost performance and the presence of the Kabuto label 😋And since you can't find the more cost effective F at the local liquor stores💦I stock Junmai sake and Junmai ginjo 😊and other new sake from other breweries. I'm looking forward to it, but I'm digesting them in order, so I wonder if I'll be able to drink them at the end of the year or at the beginning of the year😅. I'm not sure which was released first 😅but my honest impression upon sipping was that it was like a refined version of Kameizumi cel-24 😚 with pineapple and apple-like overtones, pleasant bitterness and sharpness without being too sweet. It is a delicious sake that you will want to drink all the time with good food and pleasant conversation 😍. Label: 🏷️ Low difficulty 😍. Both the back and front labels are sticker type, but if you soak them in hot water to soften them, they are very easy to remove with a scraper, but be careful not to soak the back label in hot water too long as the paper is weak. I'm not sure if this is the right kind of check-in 😅, but here is the check-in from my first visit to the Oldest Pine Sake Brewery 3 years ago😃There is a park near the brewery with beautiful autumn leaves 🍁The apple juice I bought at that time was delicious 😘It was a liqueur mixed with sake and almost an adult's juice 😁💦. I was curious about the label and the light nigori color of Wakakoma's Carny Horse ♬♬ horse 😅I missed the timing last year and couldn't buy it, but this year I was able to pull the reins and bring it home 🐎😆But it was 💦different from the light nigori color of the unfiltered raw sake last year😭it was filtered and fired to clear it 😭and it was still delicious 😞oh my gosh! I hate it 😅 but it was still delicious so I'll forgive it 😊Heeee~n🫏. This is the first time I've had this one from Wakakoma🐎 Sake Brewery. It has a cute label and I missed out on buying it last year because of bad timing 😅The top aroma and drinking experience is like a white wine, not too sweet but with a sourness and a slight bitterness. It is very refreshing in the hot season 😘I like it 💕 😍Next time I would like to drink the light nigori (light nigori) unfiltered raw sake 😍 lol Label: 🏷️ Low difficulty 😍. This is a check-in from a visit 3 years ago to a sake brewery located closest to the 🌊Sea and famous for its Ine Mangaka sake brewed by a female brewer😃We stopped by when we went for a drive to Ine town. Ine Mankai is very popular and not often seen at sake breweries, but you can find it at nearby roadside stations and recently at liquor stores in town. I heard that they have a draft of this sake, but I haven't seen it in the market and would love to try it 😆. Label: 🏷️ Not too difficult to make 😍. This is my first Yamamoto series and I don't know about the regular Yamamoto yet 😅💦They say it's a Yamahai that is supposed to be chilled in summer, but I rarely drink heated sake 😆💦 It has a pineapple-like green apple aroma, freshness, and elegant acidity rather than sweetness 😆💦. The main flavor is umami with a nice sharpness, so I think it can be enjoyed refreshingly in hot summer. I am used to sweet and juicy wine, so this was a new experience for me 😃I loved it! This is a check-in from a trip to Shinshu🚗 where I first drank Meikyojosui and wanted to drink it, so I popped in last year around this time 🤩. It was a delicious sake with a melon-like head and apple-like notes, light and smooth with no peculiarities. ☺️ I would recommend it as a food sake that doesn't interfere with food 🫶✨.
