It has a very clean and smooth taste with a hint of orikara. The sweetness and umami of the rice was well balanced and very tasty, although it had a thin line! While we were drinking, a delivery arrived and the zodiac label of Tasake was in stock, but the bottle will not be opened until next year, so we promised ourselves that we would visit the next store early next year. Thank you again for your help this year!

Since it was the last day of the event and we couldn't keep them until after the new year, we were served all the rest 😊. I thought so the last time I drank it, but it seems to be easier to drink than I imagined. Less acidity and more sweetness. It's a very useful item that is kept in a stable supply.

I heard it was the last day of the year, so I visited the restaurant before the year-end party to finish off this year's Shinsei drinking. Unfortunately, Nilgame-san was gone early, so I felt like I was already in the usual mood. It really is a little different from other sake every time I drink it.

This is Kaze no Mori-san drinking with the warmed sake brought by the company. Listen! I said, "Warm it up! You have to drink it cold before heating it up, right?" I said! I drank most of it before heating it up... I managed to quarantine about half a gong of sake here, so I can enjoy the heated sake alone 😒. But I can see why you would drink it! It's delicious cold as well! Especially with the overall impression of calmness and depth of flavor. It was also interesting to drink it while imagining how much more expansive it would be if it were heated. I drank a few bottles of Kaze no Mori and found that most of them were rather simple, without any complexity. That's one of the joys of having a gap between the two.

I managed to quarantine the winter's arrival, but then I found myself looking forward to the unfiltered draft of Omine sake 😂. I like the design of the Omine bottle a lot, and while I always think about getting the clear bottle, the clear bottle I was going to buy this time was both fire-aged, so I went with this black bottle, which is unfiltered nama-jyu. I think this shade is also cool because the grains of rice stand out! I think the cloudy one I've been drinking so far made the Oumine here very strong. It has a melon-like sweetness, but not too sweet and not too heavy-bodied, with various layers that are rather clear, but not too sharp. I think this is the best of the day. I'm glad I had it, but I didn't have enough to drink it alone later... I hope it's still available in the new year...

Hello, Pon-chan! It was a very easy-drinking, well-balanced sake with a royal Yamada-Nishiki taste. I don't know of any place that sells it locally, so I'm going to try it on my way to a neighboring prefecture early in the new year, but it looks like I'll be trying my luck from the very beginning of the year!

When I was alone, I drank all of them sparingly and it was hard to reduce the amount, but when there were several of us together, we opened the bottle without hesitation and enjoyed it even though we were in a mood to give up 😂.

I was so excited to see the UA Snowman, which has a similar label to the UA Snowman, but this one is sweeter and more voluptuous, and very drinkable. The snowman was gone instantly as everyone drank it like water, but the UA one was gone as I savored it... Both snowmen are very unique and I hope I can drink them again next year (so I won't make a mistake this time 😓).

I want to increase the pace of consumption toward the beginning of the year... So I opened a bottle of Snowman at home for the first time in about a month. When I opened the bottle at Kotoko, it looked like it had been opened with much difficulty, so I opened it carefully, but it went off without a hitch. It is as smooth and easy to drink as ever. The texture is smooth and the sweetness is elegant and moderate. The bottle was completely empty in a short period of time. It was so vigorous that I opened the next one 😝.

I'm supposed to be trying to remember what I drank, but I can't upload anything at all. So today we opened a bottle of sake that we got from a customer. I've never had sake for Christmas before, so this is something new for me. ☺️ The "shupon" sound when the bottle is opened is very exciting. The aroma itself is a little subdued. It gives a refreshing impression. I opened the bottle carefully because I was warned to open the bottle, but there was no noticeable gassiness. I thought it might be voluptuous because it is a junmai sake. I also thought it might be voluptuous, but the sweetness was restrained and the acidity, which is most impressive, was gentle and noticeable in the mid-range. The most impressive acidity was a gentle acidity with a noticeable mid-range. The aftertaste has a mature bitterness, which, combined with the low alcohol content, makes it easy to reach for! Oden and sake at Christmas. After dinner, there was pudding and apple pie, so it was not quite Christmas, but if I can drink good sake, I'll take any excuse I can get my hands on! I'll take any excuse as long as I can drink good sake.

I saw it for sale at a liquor store in a neighboring prefecture where I stopped by on a whim and brought it home. I had been astonished by the taste of a doburoku made from rice and agave before, so my expectations were high. ...but I think it was before summer when I bought it. I finally pulled it out and opened the bottle! After opening the bottle, the aroma is fresh and clear, like fresh fruit, with a clear sweet aroma. The mouthfeel is fruity and lightly sweet, just as the aroma suggests. The characteristic bitterness of the pop flavor finishes off the finish. This is interesting and delicious! It's like an IPA-like sake, and it could even be beer-like. I want it in 350ml cans.

Mr. Kusumori has changed into a Yukimayu while we have not seen him for a while. This time, I bought a Junmai Daiginjo, which I could not buy at the time of Kakusu-Mori. I walked around and finally got the NORA I wanted to drink and see: ✌️ I heard that there are two types of this mizu-hashiroku second fermentation in bottle, one made from raw rice and the other from koji, so I would have liked to buy two types and compare them. Is it inevitable that the pink one, which my uncle is not comfortable with, is the only one left? I'm not sure. I wanted to drink the gray label, too! It was covered with a label warning me to open the bottle, so I was careful... but I peed a little, but it was naughty and gassy. It was a bit gassy, and the sweet aroma came through, probably because I blew on it a bit. When I drank it, the first thing I felt was the gasiness! The schwarziness rushes in. The sweetness is very mild and gentle, probably due to the fact that it is made from the yeast. The acidity is not unpleasant, and the aftertaste is refreshing. The pink color seems to be pulling at the sake, but even women who are not good at sake can drink it easily. I may recommend it to someone who is looking for a sake to bring to a girls' night out soon. I regret that I couldn't drink the other one because it was so delicious... 😩.

When I stopped by a liquor store on a short trip, I saw Kaze no Mori on the shelves and picked up a bottle of ALPHA 5, which looked perfect for heating up as the weather turned colder. I picked up a bottle of ALPHA 5, which looked perfect for warming up, and looked at it. The clerk whispered to me that some Kaze no Mori was going to be sold out. I am a sucker for words like "limited edition" and "final. I quietly put the ALPHA 5 in my hand back on the shelf and took home a few bottles that I had decided to drink at New Year's, along with ALPHA 3, the last of the Kaze no Mori bottles to be fired up. When I opened the bottle, the aroma was slightly subdued and very clear. When I drank it, I found that it was different from any other Kaze no Mori I had drunk so far in that it was wonderfully clear with no distinctive complexity. If you drink it without knowing it, you may not be able to tell that you are drinking Kaze no Mori. I think so. It's quite tasty in its own way! I hear that advances in refrigerated transport have made it possible to deliver fresh sake even to foreign countries. What a waste that technological advances have made it impossible to drink.., It was our first and last encounter, but until we meet again 😥........

It's liver work day, which has become 2 a week since I started watching my weight, but I have CL today, so I'll be moderate...(drink on the weekend!) I opened a bottle of Goyuji Sunglow Fog, which I welcomed into my house as a jacket purchase some time ago, with trepidation 😋. I kept opening and closing the bottle while making sure the gas was slowly going down since it is a crowned type, The bottle was opened without any blowout! The aroma after opening the bottle is fresh and citrusy. It has a nice fizz and a sharp, clean, fresh, dry mouthfeel with a moderate sweetness, and just the right amount of bitterness and lactic acidity in the aftertaste. It was so easy to drink that one might ask, "Are you a dry lemon sour? It was so easy to drink (= it was gone in no time). I like that it's easy to drink and comes in a small size.

I'd like to buy less, but I'm afraid I won't be able to next year 😭 So I chose Houou Mita's Mikumari from the series that will be gone in no time after opening the bottle. After opening the bottle, I could feel the gas as soon as I poured it, and my expectations were high. Oh, no, this is no good 😢. The taste is cool and refreshing with moderate sweetness and moderate acidity. It doesn't last...it won't last a day! I'm supposed to consume it, but I almost go check to see if there's any left... It's getting colder, but I'd like another bottle to accompany a hot pot or something.

I opened a bottle of Sono Kankiku's Monochrome, which I hadn't been able to drink with my dinner! Although it is called "Monochrome", it is gorgeous and fresh with a sense of fruitiness. I am intrigued by the umami and lingering aftertaste rather than the sweetness. There is also a calm minerality that gives a very cohesive impression. It doesn't interfere with the meal, and it's a slushy type of wine. It's not bad! And a natural label purchase...

Next was the first instrument Masamune at home. First of all, the aroma after opening the bottle was amazing! It has an unbelievably sweet aroma. The first thing that hits you when you drink it is how sweet it is! And then the richness! Perhaps it is the image of Oumachi that pulls you in, but it feels very sweet and delicious. After running all my errands in the morning, I decided to open up a few of the drinks I couldn't have over the weekend. The immorality of weekday afternoon only... 😆 First, let's start with Eiko Fuji's ALCHEMIST! When we opened the bottle, the aroma was sweet and fresh. The aroma is just as sweet as fresh peaches and melons. The lingering aftertaste is gentle, and I think it is a very beautiful sake, including the bitterness that lingers just a little bit afterwards. Of course, I bought the label.

After a quick drink and feeling tipsy, take a stroll around town to a popular oden restaurant 😋. We managed to slip in because it was early in the day! It is now the season for oden. Naturally, I drink with the offerings. I have seen Uguisu in the garden several times, but this is the first time for me to drink it. I drank it cold, and it has a soft sweet aroma. It is soft on the palate with a gentle aftertaste, and its umami and slight bitterness are the best match for the gently flavored oden! The sake was delicious, but the first time I tried zurigiri with oden, I was shocked by the texture that overturned my concept of zurigiri, as it crumbled into pieces.
